Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts?

Obviously this floor exercise is not the same as actually lifting the weight -- I think he is asking is it like lifting a 20 lb. weight if he's working with a 30 lb. weight, or is it more like lifting a 10 lb. weight if he's working with a 20 lb. weight.

I just figured it out!

Charmonica is at home without a Nautilus Gym machine. He is trying to figure out weight equivlants with free weights. He is wondering if he should count the weights on each end of the bar together or load each end of the bar with the weight that he would normally lift on the machine at the Gym.

The answer is: DON'T LIFT WHILE YOU'RE DRINKING!
