Why are men and women so different when it comes to comfort zones, whether comfy mattresses or temperatures in the house?

Amazing...we are so alike (with the important things..morals, respect for others, etc.) and not alike as far as others. In fact, they may be the only reasons we raise our voices when talking to each other.
Why can't he be just like me? ;-)
You already know that you are much admired for your service. Doing what you have done takes a mighty committment. I know you put your heart and soul into doing what’s right. Thank you again, even though I don’t live in your area.
LOL!! Such is the source of the only frustration I feel at times with Mr HOB. Why can’t he be more like me? And HE says, “I’m not going to do things your way all of the time.” To which I reply, “Why not?” It is a spurce of amusement for us both. LOL!! We have a major clog in our largest bathroom which has two sinks. They drain into a common pipe. The clog is somewhere but water backs up into both sinks.
I’m trying to snake it out but it seems to get caught in the first “j” turn.
Any ideas?

Good luck. I had the problem once and got it solved w/one of these products, but do NOT buy the Food Lion brand. I wasted my money on that one first...had to buy another on instead.

Jem, you need to be sure the sink you ARE NOT plunging, has it’s drain covered tightly when you plunge the other drain.
I don’t know if I’m making myself clear.
You are using a plunger, aren’t you?
I reread your post and it appears you aren’t using the toilet plunger on it. Give it a try, being sure the drain you aren’t plunging is closed tightly.
I can think of one, maybe 2 times in the last 40 years that I got assistance while attempting to unclog a drain.
Just because they’re born knowing this stuff doesn’t mean they are motivated to remove themselves from a Lazyboy to assist us.
I’ve already gone the chemical route. No luck.
I’ve tried the plunger. No luck.
I have a snake. I’m trying to snake the clog. I’ve had a little luck with that. But I am about to take the pipes out and ream them out that way.
It is not something I am excited about.
Plus, a horse stepped on my foot today.
He may be in a lazy boy, but it is on the other side of the world. He has an excuse for this one.
And when I stepped on the scale at noon, prior to eating, it indicated I had gained 8 pounds. SINCE BREAKFAST!
I am not happy.
