We have a major clog in our largest bathroom which has two sinks. They drain into a common pipe. The clog is somewhere but water backs up into both sinks.

I’m trying to snake it out but it seems to get caught in the first “j” turn.

Any ideas?

I know these jobs are why we got married but he is on the other side of the world.

There are products in the grocery stores that unclogs sinks, Jemian. They 'eat' the clogging stuff chemically. We used to use Red Devil's Lye for that, but I've not seen that product in a long time.

Good luck. I had the problem once and got it solved w/one of these products, but do NOT buy the Food Lion brand. I wasted my money on that one first...had to buy another on instead.
