I don’t know if you heard Glen Beck this morning but it sure hit me that he wanted to see OUR PRESIDENT W impeached and I am tired of thse kinds of hits on him. How in the heck can you get anything done when you are ambushed from the Grahams, etc, not to mention the constant blast from the dimwitts.

Hi, spot-on, especially on the inappropriate context deal. No matter WHAT the subject for discussion is, they just pick a member of the administration and run with it. Kind of listening to a pair of three year olds argue! [”Well, well...you stink!”]

Me? I do what you do...just smile.

If they are particularly irksome, I tell them I intend to vote Bush for his third term. And smile again.

Oh, one gal at the watering hole said to me: “Mike, what do we have to do to you to make you an honest democrat?”

I replied: “Shoot me. Take my ID. Reregister me democrat, request an absentee ballot and vote straight ticket dem. Other than that, good luck, toots!” Hee, hee, hee!

I'm a little disappointed in Glenn. While I believe his views are correct in many respects as far illegal immigration and borders, I wish he would tone it down. He's only giving "food" to the libs.

With that said...I'm a bit disappointed in President Bush, also. Our country's safety is #1. I fear we are about to try to close the barn door after the horses are already out.

I realize I can't blame him totally. This has been going on for years.

I’m disappointed in the President with this immigration thing, too, but I can’t dislike him or disrespect him.
Just wish someone would put a bug in his ear about secure borders first, for a start.

Watered forever this morning. Got my hairs cut after that and had to buy bedding plants at the grocery store that were 50% off when I stopped there.
I think I’ve caught Cmom’s flower buying problem.

Oh ... I have plenty of respect for President Bush. He's a good man.

So far no 50% off in my area. Watch out when there is...LOL

I used to really drive them crazy when they started with that “selected, not elected” stuff, I would get all excited, hop up and down, and exclaim that “Goody! He could run for a third term!”

Then watch the steam come out of their ears!

I was out on errands, and hurried back to put away outdoor things, which I managed to do just in time.

Heard some more sad news this a.m....another friend has been stricken with inoperable cancer. We've known her for 25 years...now over 80, she's been thru a lot already, but has always been spunky and cheerful.

Bush has the whole world on him and what burns me are the ‘so called’ republicans Senators who are against him. Here is one old man who will not jump ship on him. You know, you can tell folks a person is bad all the time and they start to believe it.

D is at the hospital as we speak, JT’s Great Grand mother is there dying, failing kidneys and heart trouble. We thought we were going to be able to get her out here when she got out of the hospital but it won’t happen. Doctor told D that he just did not know if she would survive or not. Have I told you all that I am very proud of my daughter??

I am so sorry about your friend. Sometimes it just seems the only news is sad news.

I just turned on our water hose. But now I am resting from weeding the garden and checked the weather.com. Rain is predicted for all next week. That is good news. But just to insure it, I’ll keep the hose going.
