I used to really drive them crazy when they started with that “selected, not elected” stuff, I would get all excited, hop up and down, and exclaim that “Goody! He could run for a third term!”

Then watch the steam come out of their ears!

Oh goodness, we are having a big t-storm!

I was out on errands, and hurried back to put away outdoor things, which I managed to do just in time.

Heard some more sad news this a.m....another friend has been stricken with inoperable cancer. We've known her for 25 years...now over 80, she's been thru a lot already, but has always been spunky and cheerful.

I have a good friend who told me that W was selected, therefore not really President, she is a full blown liberal democrat. She knows I’m a full blown Republican. When she told me W was selected, I just smiled and said something like, “Well then, he doesn’t have to step down after 8 years, does he?” I thought she’d blow a gasket, didn’t speak to me for 3 months.
