Well, it’s mostly non-members saying that, so I wouldn’t worry too much, but the wording of the question is important as well. It’s not asking for you to pick your candidate for President. It’s asking you to pick the candidate that you think improved his chances the most tonight. One can think Paul improved his chances by the biggest amount (especially considering his extremely low numbers) without liking or supporting the man.

So people like Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and Ronald Reagan would not be worthy of your vote? Well I know a girl with the name Madison, as for Jefferson or Reagan as a first name none comes to mind.A little unusual first names if you ask me!
Than again you always have your assorted flavors out-here...

Interesting
article describing why Rep. Paul may not be doing well in the established polls. And there's some truth to it. I'm in my mid 30s and one of the few people I know that still has a landline.

I vote for Ron Paul in every net poll I see.
I would never vote for him in real life, but somehow when I see his name on an internet poll, I...just...can’t...stop...from...hitting...the...Ron Paul button!

You can explain the non members as DU hackers, but what up with 18% of members (the #2 choice)????

Maybe they should make the polls for members only.

Paul and Tancredo. And Huckabee did a good job in explaining God to Wolf Blitzer.

I like the guy myself, would be hard to support him for President. But for a Senator? I’d vote for him.

I agree. You know, what really slays me are all these anti-Paul trolls. They've gotten downright funny. They leap onto the thread, panting and drooling to leave their very own stool sample, then hang around admiring it. Very sad really. What's even funnier is that some of them are supporting candidates that will have to drop out long before Ron Paul.
I think RP will be in it at least through New Hampshire and he could actually win that one early state. And as a few other candidates drop out and more people start paying attention to politics, I think RP might do well in New Hampshire. Imagine how utterly insane some FReepers would get over that. We'd have to call out a mental hospital to cart them away, raving over Ron Paul. LOL.
You know, I've decided just to support my guy and have fun. A whole year of exchanging bitter invective before the first primary has worn thin. Some folks need to lighten up about this race, look over all the candidates, find things they like and dislike about all of them, do some windowshopping to give various party factions their due.
BTW, I don't apply this kind of openmindedness and fair play and bonhomie to that leftwing mayor from NYC. He has already disqualified himself.
To: Pyro7480
Take a look at the Non Member vote. Ron Paul flying monkeys are spamming our poll. Only a candidacy as Mickey Mouse as Ron Paul's would have supporters doing this. Ron Paul is at 1% in the latest Gallup Poll and that is typical for him in Scientific polls.
