Legal problems for a deputy director of New Jersey's Office of Information Technology.
Raymond Hayling the Second of Englewood has been accused of submitting fraudulent information and documents in an application for a 422-thousand,500 dollar home loan.
The 32-year-old Englewood resident was suspended without pay after being charged yesterday with forgery and falsifying or tampering with records.
He's also been locked out of state computer systems.
If convicted of both charges, Hayling could face six and a-half years in state prison.
Hayling, a Department of Law and Public Safety employee, worked for the O-I-T under a mobility assignment. He also worked one day a week for the state's Office of Homeland Security and preparedness.
