There’s a reason why I listen to Enya—it’s not loud and distracting upbeat music, which can cause problems when I try to listen to music and work on my computer at the same time.

I think I’ll listen to something loud and distracting now, to help forget tonight’s baseball game.

Your listening choice is an absolute favoite of mine by Van Morrison, (along with a lot of his other stuff: Astral Weeks; Into the Mystic; and Moondance...)
I was recently introduced to the Jimmy Buffett version of the same. It’s a little countrified but, with some concentrated listening, it definitely grows on you. I don’t know Everclear-—really good? or you just happen to be listening to it?
Me...I am listening to “Crazy”/Gnarls Barkley

Oh wait, now it's "We just got a letter. . ." over and over and over and over. . .

Hmmm, not familiar with that one. It must be one of those new fangled hippity hop songs?
I got “in the wee small hours of the morning” on right now, by sinatra.
To: Jet Jaguar
Actually, I am not a big Buffett fan and never would have known he did a version of BEG except that another FReeper tuned me in...[if he happens to read this, he will know I’m referring to him ;) ]
I will try to catch the Everclear version, too. I really like the song and so now I want to hear yet another take on it.
