AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 2286) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | April 27, 2007 | All of Us

Posted on 04/27/2007 4:39:21 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!

Good morning!!

We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who seek to do her harm!!

FDR once stated "all we have to fear is fear itself."

It is interesting what the span of a couple of generations will do to a party that espoused such a simple but powerful dictum. It would seem the new mantra is:,P.

"All we have to fear is success."

This is something we see writ large across the modern Democrat party.

Education? Let's ensure poor and minority students are provided programs that ensure these folks are stuck in the program. They are afraid of actually constructing a process that would work. They are afraid of success.

Fiscal Policy? Let's ensure we set up a tax code that will make it difficult, if not impossible, to actually move up the financial ladder. But don't forget to demogouge the rich in the process so folks will forget it's an income, not an asset, tax. After all, we can't have the poor actually succeeding financially. They are afraid of success.

Health Care? Let's set up a process whereby the state will allocate the provision of health care to all of society. If this means that cutting-edge solutions to medical problems cannot be realized anymore, or that people die waiting for critical procedures in the name of fairness, that doesn't matter. After all, we cannot have the sick succeed in living, can we. They are afraid of success.

Abortion? A woman needs to choose to be irresponsible and not accept the consequences of her action. A man need not be held accountable for his part in the process. Let's snuff out the possibility that a child could be born that would provide solutions to countless issues in socity. They are afraid of success.

Foreign Policy? The United States should be the most liked country in the world. Never mind that we end up the world's door mat, and garner no respect in the process. That would provide success down the road to American entrepenuers and secure the blessings of liberty for us and our posterity. Nope, cannot have that. They are afraid of success.

War? A guerrilla war such as that being waged in Iraq requires patience, and above all courage to maintain the effort for the long haul. Yesterday, it would seem, the Democrats decided it was no longer worth the effort to see the conflict through to a desireable conlusion. They are afraid of success.

The willingness of an individual or a group to willingly undermine the success capability of a Nation is well defined in the dictionary, as well as the Constitution--it is called Treason. Treason is the overt act of providing the Nation's enemy aid and comfort in time of conflict.

This simply means that in wartime, there is no option to decide in favor of a fear of success. Success is the only option open for debate. The discussion need go no further than the processes for achieving the desired outcome--success.

That all changed in the last generation. The generation that changed the FDR maxim. This was the "better red than dead" crowd, the folks that cheered on Jane Fonda as she made out with a North Vietnamese--that was the enemy for the historically challenged--AAA cannon. Rather than be held to account for handing the enemy a propaganda victory (if there was ever "aid" to the enemy, this is it!), she has instead been allowed by Hollywood to have a successful acting career.

So, the mold of FDR was broken, so let's go for broke. After all, the "better red than dead" crowd suffered a severe problem as the result of President Reagan--the "red" itself died with the passing of the Soviet Union.

No matter, the modern Communists, who insist upon calling themselves Democrats, have made a silent, unwritten pact to carry on the works of Lennin, Stalin, Malenkov, Krushchev, Brezhnev, Andopov, and Chernenko (Gorbachev is totally out of favor with them as he caused the death of the Holy Land). These people continue to seek the destruction of America, the ruin of the land they allegedly call home.

Before Jane Fonda, the likes of this sort of individual would be called out, hauled up, and dealt with in an appropriate manner. Now the cancer of treason is allowed to fester. The malignancy is such that it is now reaching to some of the highest points in the land.

Fortunately, for this instance, the Founding Fathers provide us a remedy, one that will surely be used to prevent the traitors from carrying the day--the Presidential veto. We must understand, however, there may come a day when the traitors will own not only the branch of Government that writes National policy in the form of legislation, but the branch that is responsible for carrying out these policies--the Executive.

Moreover, it should be the duty of America to revive that quaint notion that the only option in time of war is success, and that anything short of that is treason, and should be tried accordingly. There should be no reasonable person that should allow such behavior to go on, particularly in public office.

The Democrats fear of success in Iraq is not just lamentable or tragic.

It is treason--pure and simple.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

With each hour today, and with more and more news that comes out about the Saudi terrorist capture today, the worse and worse it is portrayed to have been.

More imminent, more nasty, more extensive, etc.

Oil prices have taken a distinct upturn as traders find out more, and consider ramifications for future problems.

You know, my kids have moved around a lot. Before each move we discuss it and the kids are rather open with us about their feelings. There is no question that they would rather not have moved. When the question was posed to them in isolation, they liked the familiar, the status quo. The reason we did move was that is the nature of this type of work they’ve always adapted and made friends.

But, if possible, I would have avoided uprooting them until it was absolutely necessary. IMO, wait until all the other kids are making the transition as well. Then she won’t feel victimized.

By the time I posted the request he had changed it. But for a time it read, “not banned yet.” I believe Peach had that as her tagline for a while.

Peach, I miss you.

Molly, thanks for volunteering with the ping list. That is a major service. I had wondered about it. I’ve been so scatterbrained lately, I didn’t want to volunteer.

I'm sure there will be hearings into the cover up of this information...

Good Afternoon, all--
I don't think I've ever been in this thread! I know I've seen the title, but never wiped my feet and stepped in. An interesting cross section of posts and posters.

The Democrats fear of success in Iraq is not just lamentable or tragic

Posting an editorial my FIL wrote and sent out to some local papers in East Texas:

March 23, 2007
Letter to The Editor

Personally, I am for Victory .

I am convinced that our troops in Iraq would by now have been victorious if the terrorists had not for the past three years been encouraged by the white flag left wing elitist media and members of Congress.

In their pursuit of political power the left wing Democrats have also succeeded in deluding many Americans into believing America has the choice between war and no war rather than America's true choice -Victory or Defeat.

They evidently would prefer a defeated America with them in control rather than a victorious America led by President Bush.

You do not support our troops if you encourage the enemy our young men and women in uniform are risking their lives to fight.

You do not support our troops by trying to withdraw funding and imposing a timetable for withdrawal. You are simply telling America's enemies to keep killing and we will get our troops out of your way.

The Democrats call them anti war resolutions but they are actually pro defeat white flag resolutions, fueled in large part by their hatred of President Bush-- whose steadfast, courageous, moral and ethical leadership makes the elitist left wingers painfully aware of their own shortcomings and the kind of American they could be, should be and aren't.

The war is a fact. It does exist. It was not started by America, we were attacked and withdrawal from Iraq will not stop the war. America's emboldened enemies will simply follow our troops home and American blood will continue to be shed; soldier, civilian, woman and child.

I am not pro war. Only a fool is. But in this war there are only two resolutions -Victory or Defeat, and I am for Victory .The terrorists are intent upon the destruction of our country and America's future is at stake.

Welcome, we’re glad you’re here.

News, thank you for your prayers. I’m resting, expecting the antibiotics are attacking an infection. I’ll know for sure about that on Tuesday.

A reminder, even if my white cell count remains high, that is not a leukemia diagnosis. I need a biopsy of my bone marrow to determine that. If my white cell count is in a normal range on Tuesday, leukemia will definitely be ruled out.

my friend Johns dog is a dingo(also named TIPPY as you know Jemian) & very loyal, kind & bonded. He says it is his best dog ever also. He now also has a golden which is a wonderful pet

My 3 dogs in my life have been good pets but I am not an expert enough to know what people would like. My german shepherd now is wonderful & Oliver was half shep & half retriever.

In earlier times I was afraid of german sheps but my two have been gentle & kind. Josy is very powerful & could go thru my arm I am sure. I wont make her mad! she has me well trained.

I think the biggest thing to keep in mind is the time you are willing to devote to a dog. A large herding dog, retriever etc NEED to have lots of outdoor activity & running. The will not be as good indoors with you otherwise. I am sure my three dogs were dumped because they were “bad” - no , not really, but just being the norm for thier breeds - lots of energy & need to GO, go, go. When they have their workouts they are wonderful, settled down pets.

but this type of dog will use us it’s nervous enegry tearing around the home or chewing up things if not exercised.

Just my two cents Rav.

BTW, what was the tag line that Jem referred to: (Freep mail me?) I am SO nosy.

Molly good of you to continue the ping list. Keeping it on your page is good.

Maybe chair could have a one line in his opening ping or on thread each day asking folks to contact you to be added or deleted from list.

I like your 2b solution—moving her at the start of 7th grade. My son did this—went from a small private school (and a 7th grade class of 14) to a 7th grade class of about 450. Long story, but we pulled him out of the very un-Christianlike parochial school midyear. He absolutely did not mind being the small fish in a big pond—found a group of like-minded kids (library dwellers and computer “geeks”) to hang with in short order.

Okay...Thanks for your input...

I'll get the revised list out sometime this weekend. Right now I have a few other things to do before heading to church.

Sir there is more news...

Seems a Missile has hit a house in Sadigi North Warsitan....killing 4.

Something just went bump in the night....here is why I think this could be big news

1---Saidgi was the site of a terror camp used to train personal bodyguards for Bin Laden and Zawahiri....we attacked that camp last year killing 45...believed to have been a Task Force 145 cross border raid.

2---The house and religious school hit today belonged to a guy named Maulana Noor Mohammad, a pro-Taliban cleric whose house was hit by an explosion in January 2006(DAMADOLA) that killed eight people.

3----Besides I don't believe in coinky-dinks in that part of the world.

Conclusion-----..Someone just went after a HIGH VALUE TARGET....question is...did we get him.

Hi Molly...yes, just new to this thread....but I've seen ya around! :o) And am familiar with "most" of the names of posters on this thread. Reading a certain "epic" thread these past few days, I've run across "names" I've never seen before, though many are/were oldtimers, run across people I haven't "seen" in awhile. Quite a "site".
