What? Where in the world are you getting this? The most Virgie wanted - the *most* - was 2 weeks during the year and a week sometime around the holidays.
That’s not jerking a baby all around the US between CA and TX! Divorce custodies with sometimes an evil parent involved allow a lot more than that. No one here is evil except HKS.
I think Virgie wants something in writing - even if whatever is "handed down" will probably not be valid in the US. For now the baby is in the Bahamas. As long as that's true, Virgie has to deal with the Bahamian law. And I think she is just being sure - until that baby is totally away from Stern's grips and legal attachent - she wants to have her relationship with the baby at least for now in some kind of legaleze.
I don't blame her for all she has gone through to this point.....especially when dealing with the Stern entourage and the Bahamian courts which are still in charge of this saga.
Well - I am just going to read a lot, plug in to those programs that probably are now too intimidated to bring any kind of fair report, and do a few other things tonight.
My bet is it will be a hate Virgie marathon tonight.
And if I had lost a child and a grandchild, I would be doing everything in my power to see to it I didn't lose a relationship with my grandbaby.
For what it's worth, I don't think Virgie or Larry are in this for the money....they didn't start out that way. But if money comes their way as a result of being related to Anna Nicole (Virgie) or to Dannielynn (Virgie and Larry), so be it. America loves its celebrities.....even in death.

We've really seen no specifics at this point and they must be spelled out and have to show the harm done and the intention to cause harm.

Yes, I am in norht Fort Worth, the storm is moving fast, it is now in or close to the Richardson area. Not too very far from me is Notheast Mall, where they are reporting baseball size hell, overturned 18 wheelers.

I always associate Saturday weather with weddings... hoping for the best for the couple. I could never understand the planned winter weddings where it could snow and no guests could make it.
Several years ago I was flying from Chicago to Newark on a Friday in January. We got within 15 minutes of Newark airport when the captain announced we had to return to Chicago because of a snow storm in the northeast.
As we were deplaning, a woman said she was a bridesmaid in a wedding on Saturday, and now wouldn’t make it.
Let’s just get Dannielynn out of Horizons and away from HKS, then worry about the rest later. Larry and Virgie will be OK then.
Right now, everyone has to tiptoe around HKS so nothing sets him off enough to do something irrational.
I agree...Sorry...I just hate the idea that that baby has to spend another minute with HKS.
