I’m joining the thread kind of late, but I wanted to plug Walk Away the Pounds. I LOVE it! It’s mainly indoor walking with kicks, side steps, knee lifts, and arm movements. It’s as easy or challenging at you want to make it. You can add weights and up the intensity. I just saw at Target they had a WATP DVD with 5 different workout for only $15.

I’d bet a nickel that Virgie would welcome Larry’s parents with open arms - Virgie has been falsely maligned by the press and most definitely by Stern’s team and she doesn’t deserve it - just because she’s not plastic-surgeried, full-of-herself, false-eyelashed Valley Mom, doesn’t mean she’s not been a great parent - Daniel’s behavior as a young man was great testimony to Virgie’s parenting skills.
Much has been said about her ‘partying’ with Anna, but Anna herself said that drank with Daniel before he was of age, and poor Daniel lived in a 24/’7 party in Anna’s home. Daniel was thrown out of Anna’s house to go live with non-relatives and abandoned - at least Virgie worked with a younger-aged relative to give Anna a second start.

IMO parents need to keep their kids involved in horses, water sports, etc., anything to keep them off the streets and out of trouble — and computers need to be in the family room, not bedroom — all my own opinion, though..

I had to laugh when I read this. You sound like me. I had surgery and threw up for 3 days straight (I don't handle anesthesia well) and ended up GAINING 3 lbs!!
