I’m joining the thread kind of late, but I wanted to plug Walk Away the Pounds. I LOVE it! It’s mainly indoor walking with kicks, side steps, knee lifts, and arm movements. It’s as easy or challenging at you want to make it. You can add weights and up the intensity. I just saw at Target they had a WATP DVD with 5 different workout for only $15.
Love those workouts and her others! They’re so easy on the joints! I’ve got a bunch of hers for variety. I get bored with the same thing over and again. Got those, my bike, weights, stability ball, etc. And losing nicely to boot!

GOOD on you! I had to talk myself into starting but now I look forward to walking on the treadmill. I like it set at 3 MPH.
