That "I Hate Mommy" video was such a setup. Howard was shoulder to shoulder with Anna and slipped into the viewfinder twice telling Anna to say: This was a message that she (Anna) left on her mother's answering machine. I hope Virgie pulled the tape. Most message machines don't take messages that are half as long as that video.
Remember that Virgie got into this BEFORE Anna died. There was no estate available.
Larry's father and step-mother are in the Bahamas with him. Don't know if his mother is alive, but she's not there.
Of course, Stern's mother (Dannielyn's grandmother-yeah right) is nowhere to be found.
That situation should be taken into account in awarding custody. Just what kind of family support will DL receive?
Heck - adopting a rescue dog requires more proof of stability/income/medical care than Howie has evidenced.
Better put some ice on that;)

My granddaughter, Jamie Lynn is 12 now.
When she was three, she put me in "time out". I wanted to build with legos. She wanted to play doll house.
Suddenly, she said: "That's it. You're going to time out". She swooped the blankets off a bench. "Sit there. 5 minutes"
Then she sat by my side. We sat silently. Then I asked: "Is my time up"? "No!"......I asked again..."No!"
Then I saw her problem and covered my face so she wouldn't see me laughing. SHE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO TELL TIME!!!
Finally, after asking her several more times, she said: "Go, just go. I don't care what you do".
Her younger brother (9)seems to love the story even more than she does. I think in his mind, he thinks "Man, my sister was a little jerk but she had balls to go up against Grandma".
Someday I'll write a book: "The Wonderful World Of Grandma"

The legal battles we see taking place now (ownership of Horizons) will effect Anna's estate, especially if she is declared a resident of the Bahamas. And what if Dannilynn is a legal resident of the Bahamas?

Yesterday, I was transcribing that part of the trial where O'Quinn is nailing them on faxing the will a couple of days before Anna died. The debate was whether or not the will had been faxed from Ron Rale to Krista Barth on Feb 3.
Howard says that he is ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE that no will was faxed on the third. Now how could he possibly know that? He lived in the Bahamas. He thought he controlled all the actions of all the players? I would like to know when Barth was first retained as an attorney for HKS.
Later he is moaning about the topic being discussed at all and says, "This is such a red herring" and before it's out of his mouth, Ron Rale is saying "It's a red herring, for sure". Howard is accustomed to having his grunts parrot his every word.
Doesn't the baby inherit Anna's share?
Age 2 1/2...I was teaching Jamie Lynn how to count. She was counting little figurines that stacked together.
She counted..1,2,3,5,6,..I stopped her and said 1,2,3,4,5,6.
She started again. 1,2,3,5,6. I stopped her again and said 1,2,3,4,5,6
She wasn't going to give in and finally told me: "Grandma, stop it."
I tried to trick her later. I took her little horse from the shelf. "How many legs does you horse have?" She counted: "1,2...1,2".
ROTFL.
Can anyone remember the conversation about "updating the will"? Who said: "I remember it because I was updating mine at the time." Was it KE?? And if it was, I wonder what Attorney was involved.
