I don't KNOW if Milsteen is the permanent Trustee of Dannilynn's trust. I rather doubt he will be.

We don't know everything wrt that.

You want to see another legal mess?

Read about the inheritance laws in the Bahamas. Everything is tax free.

The legal battles we see taking place now (ownership of Horizons) will effect Anna's estate, especially if she is declared a resident of the Bahamas. And what if Dannilynn is a legal resident of the Bahamas?

Nope, Milstein may well be only temporary trustee. I don't know who decides these things- the court?
It'll be interesting to see how Anna's Bahamian residency plays out. If she did begin residency proceedings using the other house she bought, too, well..... Since she died, you'd think that route would be closed.
We all just want to see the daddy issue resolved and investigations into the deaths concluded, with appropriate actions taken or not, as the case may be.
Best wishes for your dear kitty!
