I don't think I've ever seen anyone talk like Stern does. His voice is so monotone and emotionless. Like someone following a script. This freeloader is sitting in a multi-million dollar home, with a baby who is clearly not his, and a fleet of lawyers jumping like fools through hoops for their master, Stern. Unreal.
i'm not so sure about that one. Couldn't Larry get a contract with some other company (not ET) if he wanted to? If not, now, then later when he has custody and/or when HKS is no longer in charge of the estate. Or the contract could be nullified in some way (say if LB has custody and ET says see ya later sucka to HKS). Or if the contract has an expiration date (ya know it might just in case HKS wanted to jack up the prices in the future). Which makes me wonder how the pricing was on his lovely pictures and marvelous videos.
Doesn't this sound like a really strange coincidence? Hatten was talking to Vergie on the phone when word of Annas' death was announced??
Plus with LB as the father, wouldn't he have rights to take pictures of his own daughter? And as a freelancer he could sell them. HKS or ET might try to sue him but that wouldn't look too good for them.
Well, I am definitely not a drug expert. But it seems the way HKS controlled her is he would get her all drugged up so she would not know what was going on and sleep...then if she had an appearance he would give her something to wake her up. I also read recently I think it was in an article on her diary...that she disliked sex but that is what she made her money with her body and screwing everyone male and female. So she also needed the drugs to enjoy the sex and enjoy what she was doing...her lifestyle depended on sex and sexy appearance. There was no way to leave this even if she wanted to....how sad!
Who is the mystery man that Daniel was living with - PI says that he was an ex-boyfriend of Anna's and that Daniel looked up to this man as if he was his father.
The only thing I can see happening is that they heard the rumors but remember Anna wasn't announced dead until she got to the hospital. I was coming home from a visit and Sean announced that she had collapsed. Then he came back maybe 10 minutes later (remember ABC was the first to announce the death) and he said she had died. First thing I thought was drug overdose and where was Stern.

I also wanted to add that Birkhead said he had heard the announcement about her collapsing and how he wanted to go to Florida and was yelling at the TV to save her. So I'm assuming the gap between them finding out she had collapsed and the official announcement was pretty big.
Back to the Birkhead/Opri divorce for a minute. She said HKS was having too much influence over Larry. Then there was also a leak or rumor that the two men were in negotiations. And Opri also said she was being asked to do somethings that were unethical. I wonder if the "negotiations" btwn Stern and Larry had to do with any possible videos he had of Larry and Anna in bed (do we doubt those exist?). One sided we're told they were. What if Larry was willing to go along with some deal in order to get those pictures burned and Opri didn't want to do that. Because Opri knows that is destruction of evidence. (For a future trial which i'm sure she's looking very forward to)

My money is on the only grandmother who clearly loved her daughter, her grandson and is fearful for her new granddaughter!

I remener it was at least half an hour--maybe a little more (We could probably search the FR posts to be sure) I submitted a thread about her collapsing and then another thread started when she died. (our infamous 25k thread)
Does anyone remember during the infamous "Mommy Dearest" video if ET asked Anna if her mother had tried to contact her over the years?
It's important because if Virgie has certified mail certificates that she can show at the trial on Tuesday proving she had tried to send mail to her daughter and Anna said "no" to that question and was telling the truth then we have some proof that HKS was keeping Anna away from nearly everyone (except her drug suppliers of course). Of course, that video was edited so that question was probably on the cutting room floor.
Yeah, "abusive" would mean that to a lawyer wouldn't it? I think we can assume that the comments made by Anna about Daniel being abusive were put in her ear by HKS's big ugly lying ugly deceitful ugly mouth.
That's right she did. She said as guardian ad litem he should've had insisted the paternity test be done since he was Dannielynns mouthpiece. He had to have known that being the "premier paternity lawyer in the universe".
There are so many people to be spoken to in this investigation....Daniel's roommate would obviously have known that he was concerned. The medical records of Kapoor and the psychologist. The Jackie Van Hatten testimony of her seeing HKS give Anna drugs..is amazing. And then if this psychologist used a regression analysis on Anna who knows what she might have tried to stir up. Wonder if HKS and the psychologist were in on this together....? Also, what about the sisters and brothers of Anna's. This certainly turned into such a controlling situation...this is obvious and the police and investigators can't deny this...nor the testimony from Vanhatten.
Depends on the contract. If Anna signed an exclusive is different from a regular contract. I'm sure that Howard is included in that contract with manager survivor rights. Hollywood people are always screaming about this stuff.
That detox time when Birkhead was with her, i think it was in California. If it were you or me, we'd be reported to Child Protective Services. And later our baby would go straight from our uterus into the care of CPS. But this is Anna Nicole and the stars don't have to play by the same rules as regular people. And of course, Anna didn't give them a chance. She went to the Bahamas to give birth. And we see what kind of archaic law system they've got going on down there....
And remember the comment Barth made yesterday which she admitted was a rumor, that Virgies disabled son had had an accident with her service revolver. Well Tuesday is put up or shut up day. That's the day all the dirt comes out on HKS, Virgie and Larry. Let's see if HKS's people put THAT ONE on the table with proof.
