As i recall CourtTV shot to a commercial during the phone call. The phone call started in the Courtroom and they did show Sideshow Larry (the judge) taking the call and asking Perper if what he had to say could be put on speaker. The two men talked off speaker and Sideshow said he would take the call himself privately first. I think he took it in his chambers and that's why they cut to a commercial. When they came back Perper came on and said just the part about the body decomposing rapidly. Who knows what he told Sideshow during that private call. Probably did give him some questions to ask...
No one has mentioned any Danny cell phone but I'll be damned if I can find a kid his age WITHOUT one.
This is a maybe: Did Howard take KE to the airport and get her off and then pick up Danny, say an hour later? Do we know that KE was with Anna and the new baby. You would think she would want a little blood to have it tested for the drugs. Who tested the baby when she was born....for anything?? This is the 21st century not some newly discovered island.
Ah, so Seidlin knows about the follow the pencil trick. I do remember him leaving AND IIRC, he took his pad with him.
I think the judge and everybody knows that HKS is not the father. And he needs the DNA as proof in order to get that baby away from HKS. We all know what the proof is, but let's put it on the record. Plus this gets everyone out there seeking damaging stuff on HKS. Some of which might not have come out already. Trump might have his people digging up all the dirt. Then they have the makings possibly to bring murder charges or some other charges against HKS in the future. Look at that article about Daniels death. The Bahamians were suspicious. But Wecht says "no foul play" just a good ole fashion OD. Why did the Bahamians just drop it? Why did HKS and Anna hire an independent autopsy done if the Bahamians were already suspicious, if they had nothing to do with it? So i think the Bahamians want to get this guy.
And don't forget Barths comment that dna does not a daddy make. There are other factors doncha know? bonding? etc.
If Larry is the father, Howard is going to use that contract because it is likely written to be exclusive to Danny, Anna and Dannie Lynn. In other words, we're back to "Anna's Wishes" and it's in writing. Cool...you update a contract but not a will! That's a real good attorney for you.
I think the Bahamians want Howard outa there, too. He's giving the place a bad reputation. The idea that cemetery access is now limited and it was resident complaints that provoked it says that the people have a lot of say down there and Anna's money is a pittance.
I'm wondering if Anna and Daniel are her only clients...just like Anna is Howard's only client....ever.
Virgie said he wouldn't let her calls through either.

I think eventually Daniel would have probably cut off Anna and gone back to Virgie. It looks like he was beginning to see the impact that Stern et al was having on Anna and realized that he was a man now and not a kid.
I haven't seen Larry's emails to her but I'm sure he was pretty peeved about all the games Anna et al were playing. I think I would probably loose it too.
I want to know why haven't we heard from Daniel's friends. Did he have many friends? Has anyone come forward?

The meds change you and if you've two unscrupulous snakes whispering in your ear you can be convinced of anything. Especially if there's a kernal of truth and I'm one of those that believe that Anna did experience some type of sexual abuse.
Bonding?? Babies and little kids are adopted everyday. And the fact that Daniel spent his FIRST 6 years with Virgie is further proof because those are the molding years. As far as I can see, the bond between Virgie and Daniel was stronger than Anna and Daniel. Was he actually living with his mother after Marshall died when Howard was in the picture?? Where are all the pictures from that time period. I think he had some bit parts in her movies or whatever.
Was Anna always waiting for a call for Daniel? Did Howard simply lie to Anna and hangup? Did he go to the detective BECAUSE he couldn't get through to talk to her personally??
I can't tell you how many times my son and I hung up on each other. But we always worked it out.
