I was on the other side of the house preparing my evening meal and so I got to see Nancy Grace and the Showbiz show.
I laughed so hard.
After following this thread and nill tv watching NG was like watching a rerun from the FR thread.
I thinks the LISTS are ten times better on this thread than NG had esp. the drug list.
Nancy should read up here ya'll before she attempts to put her show together.

It's hard to believe with all the doctors, nurses, EMT's and lawyers around her full time, that ANS was such a legal and medical mess!
I also like Sue Grafton with the Kinsey Milhone series. I read everyone of those too...

Stern is almost diabolical in his slick manipulating techniques. I so hope you are right about him paying for what he has done. Thus far, he has managed to win every battle, or so it seems.

I wondered about that too. But doesn't heroin make you strung out and very skinny?

Anna Nicole Movie to begin filming
A film about the life of Anna Nicole Smith has been announced today. Filming will take place in Los Angeles as early as next month.
Casting for the lead role of the movie has begun, says producer Jack Nasser of All-Media Productions. The movie could be released as soon as June of this year.
Smith has only been dead since February 8th, so they don't seem to be wasting any time. "We're moving as quickly as possible" Nasser told CNN. "We're on what we call 'the fast track.' "
Nasser says the movie will cover all of the important events in Smith's life, from age 17 until she dies at age 39. The events will include her marriage to billionaire J. Howard Marshall and the death of her 20 year old son Daniel.
Nasser says the film will focus on the positive facts about Anna Nicole's life. "It's not focused on the trash," he said.
All-Media Productions has produced several well known TV movies including, "Amber's Story," "Hostage Negotiator" and "The Suspect."
The movie is planned to be released to theaters but could end up on TV instead.
Nasser claims that the rights to Anna Nicole's story are not needed because it's based on details about her life that have been widely reported. The death of Anna Nicole has brought on an onslaught of media activity that would be hard to match. She is one of the hottest topics at the moment and it doesn't seem like it will be dying down anytime soon.
"She's very famous," he told CNN. "There's so much in the public domain. In this case rights aren't necessary."
Casting for the role of Anna Nicole will begin next week, Nasser says. One woman may be cast as a younger version of Nicole and one to play the older. The casting call for the role specifies "some minor nudity for two brief striptease" scenes. Anna Nicole was a striper in Texas before she met her late husband.
Many roles will be cast for the movie, including her son Daniel at various ages and Smith's private nurse that found her dead.
It appears that the film had been in the works for that last two years and was put into overdrive when she died unexpectedly. "We just kicked it into gear" after her death, he said.
It will be interesting to see if the movie is a tribute to Anna Nicole Smith or just a replay of what we have heard in the media over the past month.

(I don't know if Anna ever took Heroin, but I always thought people only took Methadone if they were trying to get off Heroin.)
Let's hope that the movie about Anna will portray Howie realistically. Many more facts need to come out before the movie is wrapped up if there's going to be any realism in the script.
I think that the Anna Nicole Show will me a good resource of how Stern was and the relationship he had with Anna.
