After the inquest into Daniel Smith’s sudden death twice came to a grinding halt, a status hearing in the matter went off on Wednesday without a hitch, and a date has been set for Howard K. Stern to challenge the constitutionality of the Coroners Act.

Unbefreakinlievable. How guilty can you make yourself look Howard! Is anybody giving this guy advice? If so, it appears he isn't taking it.

If Lin Wood starts filing lawsuits on behalf of HKS, that will open a HUGE can of Worms. HKS will be proven to have lied under oath when he said he did not recieve money from video’s, pictures etc.

In addition, they will find that Anna’s assets have been transferred to bogus corporations controlled by Stern. Those assets belong to DL.

All the payments (which I believe have been laundered through his parents) from ET and TMZ will be exposed.

Was this recall recent? I just bought the cans last week, along with some “Boing” brand nectars. Trying to cut down on the kids soda intake.

I just gurgled it. This happened in 1992, and had to do with lead poisoning due to the solder on the cans. The acid in the juice reacted with the solder. Whew!

From what I’ve been hearing about Lin Woods, he is being hired to go after anyone who has “defamed HKS.” It was said, yesterday on CTV, that HKS is holed up reading all the blogs, cataloging all TV programs, you name it where he is mentioned in any way, shape or form... said he is an attorney and is known for being very meticulous about these things.
