Good point! Lalama didn’t have a name, nor was she certain of the purpose of the Florida attorney, but the words ‘wrongful death’ did come from her mouth.
I thought of you the other day when I was outside watering plants in large pots and a tiny, light grey mouse scurried out. I have NEVER seen one around here before.
Ugh. I know you're joking but the thought of that makes me ill cuz i know they'd do it if there wasn't the prospect of having to give up the baby in the not so distant future. Or if they thought the doctors wouldn't notice it. BTW, this doctor visit? Was it a house call? Cuz if they'd gone out of that house someone would've taken a picture. Was the docs name Gibson by any chance?
I really like our group! What are we going to do when this is all over? Hopefully we can find something else to investigate. However, it looks lie this will keep us busy for a while.
OK, from that picture of Larry i’m now 100% sure the baby is his! (I was before too, but just look at that. the resemblance is uncanny. It’s that expression on his face that he doesn’t usually have, but Dannielynn has it too)
Excerpt - haven’t seen this before - or if I did I forgot; sp

Although, as Ive indicated in previous articles, anyone expecting this jury to issue a verdict of death by homicide against Stern will be sorely disappointed. Because I am convinced that, at best (or worst depending on ones perspective), this jury of seven Bahamian women will find that Stern facilitated the illegal trans-shipment of drugs into The Bahamas and perverted the course of justice by disposing of incriminating evidence after the fact. Both of which, of course, are relatively serious crimes and would land him in jail - if found guilty as charged.
But to help assuage the frustrations of my (Sterns-a-baby-stealing-murderer) American friends, I predict (but dont bet your kids lunch money on this) that Stern will be prosecuted, eventually; that he will be found guilty of criminal mischief on charges related to Daniels death; and that he will be sentenced to spend a fair amount of time in our island paradise in far less accommodating confines than he has become accustomed to at the Horizons estate.
Howie: Mommie, Daddie, those people are bad mouthing me. Can you make them stop.
Mr. Wood said he will help me if I put up a retainer.
Can I, can I please, huh.
You can take it out of my allowance.
Can you add me, too, please? TIA
So the hiring could indicate two good bits of news.
Anna Nicole Smith Baby Saga: Debra Opri Still Rooting for Birkhead
By Debra Beste
Apr 5, 2007
The ongoing Anna Nicole Smith baby saga has resulted in alleged charges from Larry Birkhead’s one-time attorney Debra Opri revealed online, and the fiery lawyer has taken some heat for her charges by some commentators. But when she was asked by CNN’s A.J. Hammer, “even though you’re not together in a professional relationship, are you still rooting for (Larry Birkhead) in this fight,” Opri seems to still be on Birkhead’s side and especially on Dannielynn’s.

She told CNN, “I’m rooting for the cause and that’s to get Dannielynn home. And my client, I believe, is the father of the child and I believe everything we did from October 2nd brought us to where we are today. And I am going to say, I think he’s the father and I think he should be getting custody of that child very soon.”

She was then quizzed on the reported $600,00 plus bill that has been reported that she presented Birkhead with earlier this week. “Well, as my attorney has made clear, my publicist has made clear and as I have made clear, I want to defend myself. I have asked my client to allow me to get on there and set the record straight. But my client holds an attorney/client privilege and he has not waived it, which means he happens not allowed me to defend myself.”
“And I want to say something specifically, my name and reputation I’ve built carefully. I’ve got a great reputation. My ethics are as high as I can make them. I care very much for the clients. And whatever billing is out there, I am telling the public and whoever — and that person knows who leaked that bill — that the bill that was leaked may have been altered. It may have been incomplete.”
She added that if it could not be settled it will go to a fee dispute arbitration. She then told ‘Showbiz Tonight, “My bills and my high profile clients, I have never had anything leaked to the press before. I can only imagine why it was done now.”
“But I am telling everyone and I am being very, very clear about it, I will not allow anyone to call me despicable, that I am disrespectful of the legal profession and the Marie Antoinette. There are explanations for everything and I will have my day in court and I will explain carefully every bill, every charge and what the public has heard finally, I want them to know it was incomplete. It was a lie. It was manipulated. And it was defamatory. So I want the public to know my reputation is everything to me and I will fight to keep it so.”
