Possibly....could be physical OR mental OR emotional...and yes, you’re right...they hate letting go and when faced with the possibility, that is often when they become violent. If my suspicions are correct...look what happened to both Daniel and Anna.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had to tolerate such a similar situation for soooo many years...how have you kept your sanity? I was with mine for 13 years and by the time I got out, “I” truly ceased to exist. That was 20 years ago and I’ve been so afraid I’d attract another that I never even thought about marrying again.

I’ve said it before ............her eybrows are the exact mirror image of Larry’s. Sweet baby, the Bahamas should be sanctioned for allowing these court proceedings to be dragged out as they are.

I don’t know about sanity, but it’s taken a toll on my physical health. I went from being carded for alcohol to senior citizen discount card. I’ve gone back to coloring my hair again. I’m only 47.

I don’t trust anyone, anymore. My bf was burned even worse by his ex wife, and he’s the same way. No more marriages for me. Once was enough. The worst thing is the kids suffering through the whole ordeal. Point to ponder: kids growing up in these types of situations sometimes either turn into abusers or end up being abused.

I knew someone who was under investigation. They were notified but it's private...except there are several members of the board...and they all have mouths.

Well finally. Duh. Didn’t even KE say that she had fallen and hit her head.

Unless EVERYTHING ANS owned were put in the name of her trust account, all her other assets, investment accounts, savings, lines of credit, checking etc. would pass outside of the estate and could go to whomever she named as beneficary in case of her death. It proably was first HKS or Daniel and then HKS. So he has access to EVERYTHING not specifically put into the trust. Many people create trust accounts and don’t specifically put anything other than their residence into the trust. I haven’t seen her trust.

Plus as you point out, HKS is the executor and while there is some accountability, he and a clever bookkeeper could finesse lots of expenditures and so has lots of discretionary powers to do things in that regard unless someone has filed a challenge to his position and how he is managing the estate. I don’t know, but possibly LB and Virgie don’t want to appear too money grubbing and haven’t done as much in that regard as in the custory issues.

I have a feeling that HKS and his sister engineered many things to their advantages and from their very comfortable attitudes in the TV interviews they’re not concerned that anyone can come after them.

Let's face it. Howard is NOT raising that baby. He's too busy with his "play". Of course, now he's blaming the media for his problems.

I'll never forget the horror of hearing: "Your mommy's dead". His mind is wharped.

I think there are rules for moving funds around prior to a death. And if ANY charges arise, I don’t think he’s entitled to a dime.
