Is it possible Kris Erosevich testified in the Cerrato $850k sexual harrassment case that ANS lost?
Was that a Californication venue?
One of the blurbs I heard yesterday as a tease for one of the entertainment shows (no doubt HKS' wishful thinking) is that Ford won't show up for the hearing because of the "breaking & entering/theft charges". HKS is hoping to win Horizon's by default.
You know, I don't think I've ever been on one of these threads with you where you didn't cause some kind of disruption.

Ah, OK, then the time ANS didn't remember VA having been there was probably in 1995 when she overdosed and was hospitalized, near death.
VA claims to have driven ANS to Betty Ford that year (after the pill crisis) - tho ANS always said she went there herself "on her own." I tend to believe VA on this one.
ANS liked to tell people she did a lot of things all on her own that she didn't.
Howard is positioning himself to roll the dice and hope none of the men who claim to be the father of Dannilynn pass the DNA test. Anna was drugged out and promiscuous.
So by default, he's bargaining not to have to take the test..That's his plan.

Investigators in either jurisdiction would be well served by the timeline, cast of characters, and facts gleaned from media reports and transcripts posted here. I'll bet they have nothing that compares!
Sodpoodle, IMO, your 'THE LIST' should be prominently displayed with the factual material because it illustates the relevance to all of us the ramifications of the ANS cases.

The so-called theft is another matter. The dudes were following "Anna's Wishes" to use Howard's words.
Howard never dreamed that Anna would say something like that (behind his back). If he did, he simply would have assigned someone to "House Duty".
"The Director" was off the set and didn't have any control over the event. It simply wasn't in HIS script and he was too busy "Directing" Taz, Mo and others in Florida.
If the stuff found on the computers, etc., effects the autopsy, it's even worse for Howard. A couple of interesting emails to Kapoor would be nice!!
And I don't blame Larry, either, for being a bit apprehensive about his own test - who knows what else ANS might've done that *none* of them know about.

About the only certainly there is regarding the father is that he's not Black.
Based on the hug he gave to HKS at the funeral, I don't think this is a good thing at all. If I understand correctly, from other's posts on the thread, HKS didn't even hug his own parents, but he hugged the GAL.

Excuse me - The first part of my post was an excerpt from another poster - the second part was a plea that no-one leave the thread over hurt feelings.
Please describe the disruption and any egocentric comment and I will apologize to the offended. I did not express anger, only disappointment.
