It's probably an error on the Bahamian reporters part. But I also know the Bahamian Courts and Bahamian LE are really paying attention to what the courts over here have been doing.

You know as I sit here a write this. I recall that someone over in the Bahamas (a lawyer or someone over there) said the baby had been assigned a Guardian Ad Litem over there in the Bahamas. I wonder if Milstein is it. I think I recall Judge Larry S saying that Milstein was licensed in the Bahamas also. (don't take this all as gospel as I am tired right now and maybe someone will come along and correct me)

I now think the lawyer that was licensed in Florida & the Bahamas was one of Virgie's female lawyers.

Thanks for an interesting article on this week's custody battle.

Did you notice that RICHARD MILSTEIN is included as one of the parties involved in the custody battle??? The GAL was limited to Anna's funeral, or so I thought. I hope its an error and Milstein will have no further duties concerning Dannielynn, since he seems very biased towards Stern.

Also according to the article, Mr Munroe, the lawyer for Anna's estate, says HKS will NOT be required to have his DNA tested. Wonder if that's true.

I see what you're saying about the Bahamas and Aruba. I read your updates and see that Munroe is the President of the Bar Association of the Bahamas and was the person who changed the coroner rules after Daniel's death. Good grief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed. Have zero hopes that this week's hearing will bring justice for Dannielynn or for Larry Birkhead. The Bahamas is, apparently, either by their laws or by their corruption, an ideal place for Stern to be able to keep his present position as that baby's "father". It just makes me sick.

I find it a bit strange when a lawyer says that it's good to negotiate without the use of lawyers....especially when her unscrupulous client with a law degree is involved. Something's not right there.

If this is true, Kimmie Walther sound like she has mentally problems or has been bribed by HKS. She doesn't want the real father to have the baby because ANK and/or HKS kept him from seeing the baby. But instead she wants that sleazy and HKS who is already involved in two deaths? If true, that kind of thinking is perverted and the lack of logic borders on insanity.

It is hard to imagine anyone supporting HKS, much less want him to have custody of the baby even though his enabling family and Milstein appears to adore him.

Milsteins bio doesn't list anything about the Bahamas, doesn't mean he hasn't since applied.

I find some of his associations troubling.

Please remember that Virgie raised Daniel for six years and he turned out to be a wonderful individual. There are no family members, other than ANS, who have criticized Virgie.

Virgie wants to get the child out of the clutches of the man who was responsible for the deaths of ANS and Daniel.

Freepmail thread nanny on this. You have been a constant and wonderful poster since this started and I won't tolerate it either. We have had a good thread and no need for stupid attacks on spelling. There is nothing stupider than correcting spelling when you are posting in a chat type forum and it show ignorance on the part of the corrector.

Just checking in, reading the mind boggling work undertaken by Rte66, stlnative, TexKat, Arizona Carolyn, Saca and others (you know who you are).

Ignoring the girly ding dong about spelling, spitting and spanking. Y'all have been too good for too long to lose any of you over a few hurt feelings. We are a prideful bunch...the work product is still exemplary - even tho' our manners slipped a bit. However, there have been no
STFUs and that says it all.

Just remember that Howard is in the "I Hate Mommy" video. Howard is shoulder to shoulder with Anna, about a foot away and TWICE, he leans into the viewfinder and whispers the same thing to Anna: "Say that this is on a recording" to your mother.

I'm going to guess that it was either left on Virgie's answering machine or that Howard actually sent an audio tape. Either way, I hope Virgie has it because it will LIKELY be different from what we saw.

I think Howard set the camera up for this and never realized that he was in the video.

In other words, there was no two way conversation between Anna and her mother. Maybe Howard made this tape because he had left something out of what went to Virgie....otherwise the original would have been played. I'll bet if you looked at all the known videos/movies of Anna, you'll find this vehement acting face a few times.

I doubt that Howard will ever have to give his DNA as far as paternity goes. However, an arrest in a couple of murder cases will likely push it as "part of the system". It might be part of why they were able to get Anna's, too.
