Ah, OK, then the time ANS didn't remember VA having been there was probably in 1995 when she overdosed and was hospitalized, near death.

VA claims to have driven ANS to Betty Ford that year (after the pill crisis) - tho ANS always said she went there herself "on her own." I tend to believe VA on this one.

ANS liked to tell people she did a lot of things all on her own that she didn't.

Same interview: Virgie had an aneurysm a few years back (3-4??) and said that Anna called her while she was in the hospital. "I Hate Mom"???? I don't think so.
