Also during the show, Jack Nicholson got stares when he stayed seated during the standing ovation for Al Gore and "An Inconvenient Truth."

This is all I found on this. Nice to know that one person in Hollyweird had the guts not to cave in to the Warmists. Or maybe he was just tired by that point. Or maybe he wasn't terribly interested. In any case, this was nice to read.

I think Nicholson gets the joke.

From what I've learned about Jack, he probably couldn't stand.

One of Hollywoods last remaining "men".
To: Fawn
No, he's playing a character in an upcoming movie who has cancer.

I am no fan of Jack Nicholson, but his judgement seemed spot on in this case.

"An Inconvenient Truth??? You can't handle the truth!"

I don't think Jack stands for anything or anyone....pure speculation....Jack seems to march to his own drummer...and probably could care less one way or the other.... though I'll bet he thinks Lesbo's like Ethridge pounding out their opinions are probably full of hot air.....

I'm thinking the same as you. The whole buzzword "global warming" is a joke.

I agree.
I can't stand girly homo liberals that want to play tough guy roles. Can you really watch a movie with Baldwin in it and not get a laugh attack when he speaks in a deep voice and plays the tough guy?

He is currently working on a role as a cancer patient in a movie called The Bucket List which is why he has the shaved head.

I'm expecting that in a couple of years, "global warming" will be the answer to the trivia question, "What Hollywood fad came between kabbala and Malibu dogsled racing?"

I think this is like with Clint Eastwood a few weeks back.
Jack is so set in his carreer, he has no need to spout liberal talking points to get a camera in his face. He doesn't need the publicity.

Maybe Jack didn't think much of the batty man.
