Supermodel Elle Macpherson is desperate for a man in her life, but is struggling to find anyone who will go out on a date with her.
The Australian beauty, who is nicknamed The Body, has been celibate for two years, and is still single despite attempting to chat up guys herself in a bid to get a date.
She moans, "I just don't get men hitting on me. It's crazy - but apart from a brief romantic intermission last summer, I have been single and celibate for two years. How boring is that?
"I'm a hopeless flirt. I'll go up to a guy and say, 'I think you are so beautiful,' but it doesn't work." (c)

Depends on the woman...
:)
Sounds more to me like she's set her sights way too high.
That's not surprising considering her background.
Hottieboy, show her the pictures of your dog and she'd be yours!
Remember this next time you get in an elevator...
I think that's exactly right. Years back, when I saw a beautiful woman at the bar, I was often scared to death to try to talk to her. It was fear of rejection I guess, or that she'd already been hit on so many times that I couldn't hope to even get the time of day from her. Not any more, though. Uh-uh. Whenever I see a gorgeous woman in the bar, I stride right up to her and introduce myself. Then, invariably, she starts snoring loudly and I remember that I'm asleep and dreaming because I've been married for 18 years and I haven't been in a bar since around 1995 and I wake up with a mouthful of pillow.
I wake up with a mouthful of pillow...
It's true, beautiful women sometimes have trouble finding the right man. My daughter didn't marry until she was 34. She is extremely attractive and was an elite athlete, but had the worst luck with guys. I'm not saying that they didn't hit on her, but one night stands weren't her thing. Very often it would turn out that the guy was only interested in the conquest, that they were already involved with someone else, sometimes actually engaged (that happened more than once).
The other problem is that her standards were very high, the guys had to not only have the usual qualifications, but be able to keep up with her physical fitness routines, and run with her.
So take the wife to a bar.
Tell her to go to the other side of the bar and you will walk up like a stranger and start flirting. Then take her back to your pad and......
yeah, spice it up a little...
His boyfriend's name is "Pillow"?
I guess it's time to take one for the team...calling Elle...
We tried that once. She made me buy her drinks all night, then left with a bouncer. (Just kidding....) Fun idea.
Pic..we need a pic!!!
This old fart would go out with her but my wife has a wicked right cross!
"Everytime you see a gorgeous female by herself, just remember that somewhere, sometime, somehow, some guy didn't want her for some reason.."
From Wiki.....Personal life....
Macpherson married Gilles Bensimon in 1985, but the couple divorced as Macpherson's career escalated in 1989. She was then rumoured to be dating comedian Norm MacDonald, around the time he was promoting the movie Dirty Work.
Macpherson has two sons, Arpad Flynn Alexander Busson and Aurelius Cy Andrea Busson; known as Flynn and Cy respectively; with long term boyfriend Arpad Busson, a wealthy self-made Swiss/French financier worth roughly $100,000,000 (USD). The couple got engaged on the announcement of Macpherson's second pregnancy in August 2002. But Aurelius Cy's birth in February 2003 led to tensions, with Macpherson booking herself into Arizona's exclusive Meadows Institute, where she was treated for exhaustion and post natal depression.[1][2] The couple parted in July 2005 as according to Macpherson, Busson is so devout a Catholic he decided he couldn't marry a divorcée, despite having two children with her out of wedlock and in spite of Macpherson herself being Catholic.
Macpherson is currently dating British actor Ray Fearon. She is rumoured to have dated Australian restauranteur David Evans[3] and Real Estate developer John Hitchcox.[4]
