Too bad there is no photo. The driver must have been drinking. Why else flee when obviously he will be identified.

I was Googling for pics. Have yet to find any. However, I did find other headlines about this accident:
"A highway, 165,000 eggs, 250 pounds of kitty litter and a missing driver"
"Omelet takes road food to a new level"
"EGGS SCRAMBLE TRAFFIC"
LOL

Scrambled with a side of bacon please. Thank you!
I remember when a tractor trailer load of tires caught on fire on the beltway way back when. What a mess.

Wilson, 60, said the eggs were destined for a hatchery in Salisbury, Md., where they would have become chickens to be eaten at fast food restaurants.PETA will be pleased! ;^)

Is this some kind of yolk?

That's what happens when you put all your eggs in one basket. An object lesson to us all.

Scores of people dropped off 267 guns in West Philadelphia yesterday in exchange for $200 worth of food vouchers each plus two tickets to a 76ers game, no questions asked. "Waste not, want not" let's put those eggs to good use.
