Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Todd Bernstein was Anna Nicole Smith's limo driver and bodyguard.
In an exclusive interview Todd Bernstein, the former personal limo driver and bodyguard of Anna Nicole Smith, spoke out for the first time to INSIDE EDITION about his departed bombshell boss.
Bernstein, who worked for Anna Nicole for seven years, says he was present at the now infamous 2004 American Music Awards where Anna Nicole appeared on stage, apparently intoxicated.
"We were backstage and I told Howard something is going to happen here. She is going to go off and do something, and he just looked at me and looked at her and said 'just be cool,'" Bernstein said
Bernstein, who custom built a limo for Smith's reality show, says the former playmate's favorite seat in the limo was the one closest to the champagne glasses.
"Anna loved champagne,"" he said. "Good champagneCristal, Dom, it was always on hand."
He also said he has seen Anna Nicole go through half a hottle of vodka in an hour.
"Towards the end of the evenings... Anna would literally pass out in the back of the limousine and I would have to carry her upstairs," he said.
Bernstein also told INSIDE EDITION Anna engaged in several romantic relationships, including one with Larry Birkhead. "It was romantic absolutely, but there was this triangle of relationship where Howard was always peering in trying to protect her," he said.
Bernstein said he has received an invitation from Howard K. Stern to attend Anna Nicole Smith's funeral in the Bahamas and will be attending as he greatly misses what he considered his larger than life friend. "It was a partyeverything with her was a constant party."

I don't think the Bahama government is so keen on this anymore. So, a few taxi drivers and restaurant folks make a few bucks. It's not like it's in the millions.
I'm wondering about Dr. Perpers statement that there were no pills in her stomach. He also says she died shortly before she was found. Therefore there would still be some signs of the pills in her stomach.
And they've said there were pill bottles in the room, there weren't pill bottles in the room. WTH. Ok let's assume there were then were they empty? If so, then Stern wanted it to look like an OD.
If they weren't empty. Then i dunno what he was trying to do.
Assuming there were no pill bottles in the room, then it obviously wouldn't look like an OD espcially if she didn't OD. So what did she die from?
Dr. Perper mentioned "chemical substances she may or may not have been using". I'm thinking about the botox again. Supposedly it's untraceable. But maybe the Cleveland Clinic has ways of tracing it. I'm thinking about this because of Moe's comment about her plump lips. TMI, "you all know Anna had such big plump lips" (paraphrasing)

Good questions Pep. How bout this? He was telling Ershovich "you could be in some trouble. Get rid of whatever evidence you've got". Maybe Anna confided in Dr. E something that would implicate Howie. Maybe Dr. Ershovich was giving prescriptions to Anna that weren't supposed to be mixed.
And this is what i think Moe was referring to when he said that HKS wasn't acting normal that day. Maybe Anna was never to be alone without either Moe or HKS. And there in the lobby is HKS and Moe and Anna is up in her room alone.
I betcha that was the subliminal message to everyone who slept with Anna to keep their traps shut. Otherwise why would he say it that way. He could have said personal "items", treasured keepsakes, important items, anything else. But he chose to say "personal photographs".

And to this i would add that Moe thought this was for Annas protection. Little did he know that Anna was actually a hostage.
If there are any shots of King Gib or his son in any of those "very personal pictures" that were "stolen" then that would put King Gibson in the US trying to buy them back. And how would he do that? Cut a deal to talk to investigators in exchange for getting those pictures back.
A Houston police officer, who also served briefly as Smith's bodyguard in 2002, took the stand and testified that Smith was a "normal, everyday loving person" who was under an enormous amount of stress. He also said her relationship with her late son was strong and that he meant "the world to her."
He also testified that Smith thought of Texas, where her mother wants Smith interred, as "nothing but bad." He further claimed that she told him if anything should happen to her, she wanted to be with Daniel.

I had a thought while reading that. I had read that the blotches come from blood pooling on the bottom (down) side of the body. What if she was passed out and someone wanted to be sure she didn't wake up and pushed her face down in the pillow, then turned her over before people got there.

MYSTERIOUS DELAY: Word from South Florida this morning that we won't know the cause of Anna Nicole Smith's death for two weeks set off a flurry of phone calls, e-mails and questions, but very few answers. Originally the Toxicology and Autopsy reports were expected as early as today. Apparently the Seminole Police Department has come up with some fresh info in their investigation into her death, and they've told Dr. Joshua Perper to hold off a little longer. Could be nothing, could be a lot. There are also rumors that Federal agencies may be involved in a separate though related investigation. The FBI did tell us today they have no such investigation.
COPS WANT ANSWERS: And now we're told that, in a new interview with police yesterday, Howard Stern's former advocate (and Anna Nicole's bodyguard) Moe now claims Stern's movements the day of Anna's death were suspicious and "out of character." And he says, in the months leading up to Anna's death, Stern supplied her with prescription drugs.
DON'T ANSWER, IT'S HOWARD: Access Hollywood is reporting today that Howard K. Stern has been calling his ex-rival Larry Birkhead (and calling and calling and calling), apparently trying to work out some kind of deal regarding Dannielynn. Birkhead tells us he's having none of it.

No it's not far out. As you know there are a couple of us who have come up with theories about undetectable poisons. And if the tox reports find drugs in her system, then this is a possibility. HKS wasn't taking any chances that the drug OD wouldn't kill her. So he adds some undetectable poison to make sure. And as everybody was saying at the beginning she had a fever, fat lips, and possibly some of those other symptoms.
Yesterday someone said that they'd ordered lots of ice from the Hard Rock. Maybe there was no real fever, but they were putting up the cover story and the ice request was the evidence to support that.
Rita's right on top of these scandals. I think I'll miss her...

GOOD that Larry's still holding out! I'm thinking that HOWIE is PANICKED knowing that his little world is going to come crashing down at any moment. What an absolute leech he is to stay in that house, which is NOT his.

I thought that too, but now i'm starting to question this. If they found her dead it wouldn't take long to find out who was the last one in the room with her (last one to see her alive).
Unless he didn't use the OD method. After all that had been done already, on Daniel. He'd need a new method, doncha think? So maybe he did use an undetectable poison which gives symptoms similar to flu symptoms. And one which takes a couple days to work.
I know, i keep bringing up theories that contradict other theories, but you people make some good points and we all just want the truth to come out. So i'm not ashamed to contradict myself.
