When did "Climate Change" replace "Global Warming"?
So the Democrats in Congress are taking up "climate change". I must've heard that phrase "climate change" a dozen times in the news reports, but I don't think I heard the phrase "global warming" a single time.
Are the liberals so afraid of the reaction to the phrase "global warming" that they are now shying away from it?
When did this happen? Did I miss the memo?
Globull warming died of exposure in Florida last night.
They can't predict the weather a week from now. I hardly think they know what will happen in ten years. This is just their latest "sky is falling" theory.
Climate is what we expect, weather is what we get.
It snowed in Malibu. They had to do something to stop the laughing.
The Republicans need to call their bluff -- when some enviro-kook gets up to testify about "climate change", Republicans need to pin them down on exactly what they mean by that, and ask them to produce any real science that supports global warming (as if there is any).
The thing is the climate is always changing. There has never been one year that is exactly like the last.
But now they will blame it on what humans are doing or not doing. I really thought we had advanced pass that point.
Next thing you know they will be throwing virgins into volcanoes.
I don't have faith anymore in Republicans, or anyone for that matter, to speak rationally and save us from having to spend money on scare tactic fluff.
When I do that they send me pictures of the receeding glacier. I always respond with "What did it look like before the first picture? Was it growing, shrinking or staying the same? BTW were is your proof?" They usually get that special look in their eyes. Like when you stepped in something that was a bit to mushy to be dirt and smells funny. I never get a straight answer.
As long as they are the hairy liberal feminist kind, I'm cool with that. :)

That kind found use for a hockey stick or some such instrument long ago, which makes the whole point moot.
The first rule of Global Warming is that you call it Global Warming in the summer and Climate Change in the winter.
I don't know how reliable this is, but I found reference to "climate change" vs. "global warming" in a Frank Luntz memo:

If Dems are picking up on this, since when did they begin following the Republican playbook?
Terrible waste of perfectly good virgins!
"The first rule of Global Warming is that you call it Global Warming in the summer and Climate Change in the winter."
Unless you're freezing your ass off in August, which I did last summer, in which case I guess you call it a capitalism-induced planetary death throe or some such crap.
Hillary is running she is every were, the ICE queen, all heat is lost
