A U.S. judge has little to no say.

A U.S. judge has refused to delay Saddam Hussein's execution. Good. Not that I think he really had any jurisdiction to do so, anyway!
It might delay or cancel my brother's leave, but it has to be done--and sooner is better than later!

It would have been funnier if he had delayed it...and been totally ignored. ;)

Well, that's a switch!
I thought for sure some pudding-brained, Democrat-appointed idiot was going to stick his/her oar into the water by issuing an injunction.

Is there an actual link to this?

Good. I'll bet they picked some idiot leftist appointed by Carter or Clinton to bring this appeal to, but even an idiot leftist knows that he'd only look weak and foolish if he issued an unenforceable ruling.

The U.S. does not have jurisdiction. Saddam was tried by Iraqi courts.
alan colmes just mentioned this also. it would have been funny to see a dumb judge ignored, but oh well.
