Yeah its perfectly ok for people is positions of authority to prey on our children.
Maybe he was upset because she refused to move the arrow down....
I know this is not politically correct, but as a father of five, all now over the age of 17, I think that all these folks who consider a male over the age of 15 being sexually indulged by a female who is older is neither abuse, nor damaging to the boy.
In fact, didn't they use to call things like this "favors?"
Not that I condone htis- BUT we're well on our way to the sissification of the U.S- That kid will probably cry his life is ruined and ask for millions as compensation once his lawyers get hold of him (maybe they already have) 'Ruined his life'? Two issues, his age and the teacher/student relationship. While 17 is fairly old the fact he was a student makes her a predator.
Teachers who prey on their students are not cute, or misunderstood. They are predators with a severe lack of morals, judgement and self control. Obviously she is not mentally stable enough to be allowed uncontrolled access to children. She risked her entire career and relationship with her family to do this. That is not something a stable person would do.
She should be fired and lose her teaching certificate but not prosecuted.

I guess instead of paying our teachers more money we can add 'favors with students' as an official benefit.
My thoughts exactly. It is depressing when a 17 year old male receives a hummer from a reasonably good-looking young woman and then feels the need to go cry to the authorities about it --and pretty much ruin her life in the process.
As someone posted before, chivalry is truly dead.
