I think preying is the wrong word. When I was 17, if a semi-decent looking teacher offered me a BJ, I would have considered it a favor.
I was thinking about this some more, in no way did she prey on him. Look, let's say she gave him a bar of chocolate. Would you say that she preyed on him, or that she did something nice for him? Now, if she conned him into giving her a bar of chocolate, then yes, she would be preying on him.
Just because the good in question is a BJ and not a bar of chocolate does not change that dynamic.
If anything, he preyed on the lonley housewife, who has the girl next door sort of attitude.
