then go to the American bar Assocaition web site and check out 112A which was just pased, that states that a "pro-se" litigant cannot adequately perform any of these tasks" pertaining to being able to do what is needed to "receive justice in Court"I acted pro-se as a defendant in a multi-million dollar lawsuit. I mounted an aggressive two-year legal counter offensive, taking special advantage of some of the many perqs of acting pro se.
I caused them so much grief they finally offered to let me out of the suit for only twelve hundred dollars (which was less than my upcoming deposition of their witness would have cost me).
Plus the opposing counsel lost her job at the big downtown lawfirm shortly after I got through with her.
I don't see how any law that deprives you of the right to represent yourself in civil or criminal court can pass constitional muster.

I was PRO BONO when he was my congressman, his wife is now. Ok republicans but still have a little hollyweird in her. This is a California ok which is different than a Oklahoma OK. Your allot more OK when you say OK in Oklahoma than when you say ok in California.
OK?

well, here in Missouri, the MO Bar Association seems to have a bottomless
well of funds to run advertizement about what a great job lawyers do
here, how we've got the world's greatest system for appointing judges and
OH MY G-D, we need MO MONEY for public defenders or the world is going to
burn up!
Maybe these run as Public Service Announcements...but one thinks the money
spent on them should just go back into the public defenders fund.

I saw a bumper sticker on a car at the grocery store today. It read "Tired of it? Vote Democrat in '06." I thought, "Tired of what? Tired of 36+ straight months of job creation? Tired of five years without a terror attack?"
It doesn't have anything to do with your post, but I thought it was interesting.
