Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Mawwage is what bwings us togethew today!
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
|
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

We use bittorrent when we get fan subs. We're way behind. We need to build a terrabyte array and start downloading since it's likely we're going to need to supply three rooms' worth of fansubs for the con next summer.

Some people...run off for months at a time and then act like they own the place!
Geesh...

Well...I think I have a solution, but it requires a full re-write. Dumping much of the amnesia story line and giving her a completely different backstory.
Guess I work from where I am forward and do the rewrite after the month of November.
Mmmm...rewrite. Better than just plain editing.

Good afternoon! This year SSA has gone PC.
I have a question, should I go on ahead and decorate my cubicle for Christmas and should I use religious oriented ornements?
and listen to Christmas music at work?

If you decorate your cube to spread good cheer, then spread good cheer. More is always needed :~)
If you just want to make a statement, I'd consider whether your motives are really in keeping with the season :~) In other words, put up things that will improve the mood of the office, not just make people uncomfortable :~)
That's my two cents :~)

Thanks! :o)
No statement being made, I just like decorating and bringing spirit and cheer to the place.

Does Talon watch the anime with you? They played anime music at the wedding reception.

I have a question, should I go on ahead and decorate my cubicle for Christmas and should I use religious oriented ornements? JMHO...
I don't get all bent out of shape about stores not saying "Merry Christmas" or about towns not allowing nativity scenes or stuff like that.
On the other hand, I DO take every opportunity to flaunt it, as long as I've got the rights to do so.
