Good luck, I was surrounded by Bengals fans during the preseason, they were mostly pleasant however.
We were upset with their performance this evening, it looks like they are functional as a team, but not quite there yet.
What, Rivers has an arm?
Senior. I've got another year, year and a half to go. Changing majors set me back.
And I do have classes before 2 PM... but I only have classes two days a week, so it evens out. Three classes from 11-3:15, then one class 5:30-8:15 on Tuesdays, same on Thursdays minus the 5:30 class.
I don't know what's worse, the fact that I'm still watching this trainwreck, or the fact that I'm not getting my last-minute studying done.
A major is important, it's good you found one you've enjoyed. One of the few good things Woodrow Wilson came up with. Don't be in any rush to get out of college. I was semi-kidding about the times--I had some morning classes my senior year because I enjoyed the subject matter (e.g., Astronomy). I would get up early if I was intrigued by the material.
Yep, laugh it up at my expense...
Heck, I graduated law school and I'm way broker than I ever was in college. Of course my abysmal grades and near-zero work ethic didn't help me find a job. Hopefully if I passed the bar I can find something, or found a firm with other slacker friends (which is what I really want).
Payback for the way the Raiders dominated SD in the 70s...lol. I remember those days and they were awful for SD fans.
Hah!
Well, that doesn't change the fact that I need money for another two, possibly three semesters. I might have to go for a loan... and the idea of coming out of school automatically in debt isn't appealing.
I wasn't alive in the 70s, forgive me for not caring.
LT must score early and often...like a dead Democrat going to the polls.
That was the golden era for the Raiders, before free agency. Raiders and Steelers dominated the AFC. Madden coached the Raiders and they were real good with Ken Stabler at QB, and then Plunkett at QB in '81.
I owe so much it's enough to induce me to fake my own death. But then my diploma would be worthless. It's a dilemma. I didn't expect to be in the position I'm in now, but it's my own fault and I have to work my way out of it.
Ouch. Well, good luck. Just the thought of that is pretty scary. I can't imagine what it's like to actually be in that situation... and watching the Raiders.
