Isn't there a reason why it's free? Not very computer savvy, but couldn't there be bugs, or does it stop after some time?

By "upgrade", does that mean an upgrade from a pre-existing XP install? Or an upgrade from the release candidate?

I installed Vista RC1 and I HATE IT I went back to XP in less than 20 minutes (thanks to acronis disk image of old system)... VISTA REALLY SUCKS... IMHO
