Obviously Karr wanted to talk with the authorities in Boulder.....Either he's delusional or has their attention so he can give them some information......Back to He's gonna write a book and the last chapter will be when he single handedly solves the Jon B murder.^)

Yep, I agree... Karr is smart like a fox. He knows exactly how to work the authorities.

Question??? Who is footing the bill to transport that nutcase to the United States? Taxpayers? Also, why didn't they match DNA before they put him on the plane?

its still an open question.

the medical examiner has never been able to specifically determine which was the cause of death, citing BOTH the blow and strangulation. right on page 1 of the autopsy report, both asphyxia and cerebral trauma are cited. they don't know which came first, both things COULD have killed her by themselves, they are not sure which one did.

It will certainly be interesting to see if it stays sealed.

Lacy's motion to seal seemed to imply that she would agree to unsealing once Karr was charged. Now that she's not charging him, will she still be willing to unseal?

What was John Fernie's occupation?

and yet even today, on the Catherine Crier show, a Ramsey family member cited the mysterious palm print as evidence of an intruder. it never ends.

They checked the DNA of the employees and the entire family. The odd ball DNA excluded all of them just like it excluded Karr. I remember Lee saying that this is NOT a DNA case.

At the very least, we now will have his DNA in the database. We just expanded our base here in NY BY LAW thanks to our DA. He said that these pervs commit misdemeanors and do not get in the database and go on to commit serious crimes and he mentioned a notorious case....where the guy had committed six rapes.

Change the laws! We're too lenient.

The Shawcross murders were here in NY. He brutally murdered 2 kids in Watertown. He served 15 years. Law enforcement relocated him to Rochester. He changed his MO and killed 11 young women(19-25) in 15 months.

Life and nothing less for murder and/or violent rape.

Karr's passport was revoked on the basis of the California charge. The Jonbenet case was a chance based on his writings and correspondence.

The bottom line is: There was no false arrest or false charges. He was still under the California charges when they moved him to Colorado.

I'm not sure what the outcome will be but I'm not sure it's over. Does California NOW require DNA in porn cases? That would get his DNA in the database. Something they "legally" didn't have before.

I'VE COME TO THE END OF THE INTERNET!

It felt like it!

I say send him back to THILAND and let him go to court for the crimes he committed there. There is also a charge against him in another state on child porn, After he finishes his sentence in Thialand he can go be tried for the porn charges.

Some are saying the DNA could be from inspector #8 at the factory where the underwear was made. It seems like it would made sense at the time to track the facility the underwear was made, take DNA from the employees, and possibly discount or validate that hypothesis.

So many Johns, so many Patricias! No, he lives in Charlevoix, MI. Until he leaves the country, which he said he's going to do - move out of the USA.

Patsy's sister was on court tv this afternoon, and she said John isn't leaving the country. She mentioned Wendy, the attorney, and said something about her comments being hurtful.
