Before takeoff, Karr took a glass of champagne from a flight attendant and clinked glasses with Spray, who sipped orange juice.
Dinner on board, served on a starched white tablecloth, was one many passengers would envy. Karr started with a pate, then had a green salad with walnut dressing. The main course was fried king prawn with steamed rice and broccoli. Karr drank a beer, crushing the can with his hands when it was empty, then moved on to a glass of French chardonnay with his main course.

Just got a looks at this Guy? LOOK LIKE YOUNG GRAY DAVIS-- a brother?
That was my first question. I HOPE that they are flying him back because they already got a DNA match and have simply kept it quiet. I doubt it, but that is what I hope.
If he skipped bail, then I hope the bond covered this cost.
Hard to believe that even skipping town only means he'd have to do a year. Since he's already done 6 mos, he's already served 1/2 his time.
Though they are trying to see if he might be linked to the disappearance of kids in several states.
Notice his kids' names? John II, Damon and Seven Exodus
Yeah, but they both start with a "T." That has to count for something.
OK, everyone... Tai Chi beginning... hands like clouds... This is pure Microwave Journalism -- it serves only to broil without shedding any light.
There's a real problem with this. I realize he is being transported to Colorado on the Ramsey issue. However, the crimes in California are misdemeanors. There is no extradition on misdemeanors. As long as he stays out of California, he doesn't have to serve any more time on the sentence. Even if he was out on bail, the time to arrest him him and bring him back to have the bond exonerated has long since passed. There is a possibility that he may never serve any more time, unless there is a federal issue that arises.
They must have had something on this guy to have such an interest in him. I wonder what group is feeding the media. Maybe that man boy group?
I was kidding. Geography is definatly my bag, baby.
Who are they protecting? Why do they need a patsy?
That's who my husband and I think he resembles, I must say.
To my knowledge, he isn't being extradited to Calif. He's landing there and then having some official Identification bureaucratic paperwork done and then being transported to Colorado in a day or 2 afterward. At least that's what I heard last.
....... Karr wined and dined in style and chatted with the three U.S. officials escorting him......
......A U.S. Embassy official and an agent with "Homeland Security" on his T-shirt were also part of the escort party........
Who should be paying for this ? Perhaps the Boulder District Attorney should ? Certainly not my tax dollars earmarked for fighting terror ! I want to know why why the Department of Homeland Security
is pissing away my tax dollars entertaining and escorting someone
who is clearly not guilty of any thing except being a simpleton?
I was focusing to events after they are done with him in Colorado. He will land in California first, and unless California authorities grab him he will go on to Colorado. After they are done there, the issue of jail time in California will arise. But since he will be in Colorado, and there is no extradition for misdemeanors, Colorado won't hold him even if California requests it. There has to be a felony issue or a Federal issue for Colorado to hold him if it is determined that he is not involved in the Ramsey case. And assuming that Colorado will have nothing futher to prosecute him for, he will be a free man.
It sounds sick in print, but it shouldn`t be taken the wrong way...Cops do this all the time to gain trust of psychos "We are your friends and we are only here to help you", it`s all mind games, then the psycho opens up and hangs himself.
It would be nice if someone could explain why this guy is in
Business class, getting the full service with drinks and all, rather than zip-tied to a middle seat in coach.
The other odd part about this story is that IIRC there's a rule that official government travel must be done on U.S. flag carriers unless no U.S. carrier serves that destination. Why are Karr and his escorts on Thai, rather than Northwest or United?
"Come on baby light my.... FIIII-YA! HUH -YEAH!"
