There's a real problem with this. I realize he is being transported to Colorado on the Ramsey issue. However, the crimes in California are misdemeanors. There is no extradition on misdemeanors. As long as he stays out of California, he doesn't have to serve any more time on the sentence. Even if he was out on bail, the time to arrest him him and bring him back to have the bond exonerated has long since passed. There is a possibility that he may never serve any more time, unless there is a federal issue that arises.

To my knowledge, he isn't being extradited to Calif. He's landing there and then having some official Identification bureaucratic paperwork done and then being transported to Colorado in a day or 2 afterward. At least that's what I heard last.
