BANGKOK, Thailand - Thai police said Thursday that a 41-year-old American man has admitted to the killing a decade ago of 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey in the United States.
Lt. Gen. Suwat Tumrongsiskul, head of Thailand's immigration police, told The Associated Press that John Mark Karr confessed to the killing after his arrest Wednesday at a downtown Bangkok apartment.
"He told police while under arrest that he did kill the girl but so far he has not pleaded guilty in writing. This is needed as official evidence," Suwat said.

I don't know if not asking somehow makes you exempt from criminal or civil damages, do you?
They sure don't seem to represent anywhere these people could have criminal records.

Any decent person with a shred of human emotion would wish on this monster the worst kind of suffering.
I often wonder about folks who disagree with me on this subject. What is one supposed to feel? This monster, apparently, has admitted to murdering a 6 year old child for some kind of sick sexual gratification.
What was it Jesus said about hurting kids? Something about a millstone and the sea IIRC. But I'm out of line for hoping this creep ends up having a very short, very unpleasant career as a convicted sexual predator and child murderer.
Hell if anyone ever did something like that to my kid worrying about homosexual rape would be the least of his problems. If it were the last thing I ever did he wouldn't live 48 hours after his conviction.

He's IMO looks like he lost lots of weight compared to another photo I saw. Could be he has aids or was going for a sex change before being caught, especially could be based on others breast comments concerning him.
Is that area known for logs of aids or sex changes?
He looks like the lead singer of REM. Cept maybe with more hair.
I looked the site over too and couldn't see anything about a background check. I keep thinking about his resume and him saying he took care of all the little baby's needs. She'd be too young to talk if he did anything disgusting with her.
Thailand is known to be a sex change center; you may have something there.
Well he might have flabby breasts if he has lost a lot of weight recently. He look in physically ill no doubt.

If the company knew about his background and simply did nothing about it they will be both civil and criminal liable, I think.
