i dont know this person either. (I dont think I would like to "date" her) and depending on her politics, not even possibly KNOW her.

she looks like a liberal (okay so we shouldn't prejudge).. a feminist. hard to judge age.. maybe early 30s

Yes, just asking what you meant.

The moments in the clip with the Styracosaur chasing the men are also re-creations by Peter Jackson and co. That was originally in the script and very well may have been shot. I would have mentioned that, but it was already long enough!

Fun bit of trivia: to make the sounds of the Styracosaur roaring, they took Fay Wray's screams from the movie and played them slowed way down.

It is often hard working with a partner for this reason. Often last minute things complicate participation.. well, sir, you did a great job.

I might not stay much longer tonight.. really tired. Been dong more biking lately. My back has been "rough" so not doing any kayaking for now.

Well, I did my best with something that I just find to be a fascinating story.

LOL, my bike has been sitting in my garage for years with a flat tire. Maybe I should take it out and get it fixed some day.

I'm having a hard time finding clues that really tell me anything about this woman, but I'll give this one a try.

I would say that she's an independent. I don't think she's a moderate Republican. The stereotypical moderate Republican is an upper-middle-class professional who doesn't want to pay high taxes or see too much money bled from the economy but doesn't have the guts to offend his liberal friends. If she were upper-middle class, she wouldn't still have that ugly orange sofa. Likewise, if she were trying to please other trendy friends, she wouldn't have the sofa. I don't think she's a feminist because she's showing too much cleavage. I tend to write off the idea that she's a moderate Democrat because they don't really exist. Maybe she claims to be a moderate Democrat, but I'm guessing that she's an independent.

In this picture, I'd call her physical attractiveness a "5." The lighting is a little too severe. She doesn't have a pleasant expression. Her hands are not posed in an attractive way. On the other hand, she seems reasonably physically fit. Her figure could be nice or could be only so-so.

I'd guess her age to be about 40. I actually make that guess based on her sofa again. I'm not hung up on people's furniture, but if you're asking questions, I have to look to something for clues.

I would guess that she's a nurse, but my second choice would be administrative assistant. She doesn't seem to be wearing much makeup, and I think of nurses as not having time to wear much makeup or being in a job where noticeable makeup is appropriate. If she's an administrative assistant, she may not want to bother with makeup after work.

In this picture, she doesn't look that pleasant, so my first impression is that she's not someone that I'd want to date. If she were smiling and talking, the whole effect might be different.

I'm not much of a movie fan, so I'm really not sure that I can help you on this thread. I'm not entirely sure that I know what a "cult movie" is. I'll take a stab at it, but I may just end up sounding ridiculous.

To some extent, I think of The Princess Bride as a cult movie. It's a fun movie that people tend to watch over and over. It's a little too goofy to get much critical acclaim, but people like it. I loved Andre the Giant in that movie.

Another movie that I think qualifies is Red Dawn. I enjoy watching that movie occasionally. It's corny, but it appeals to those of us who believe in the Second Amendment. I also love the scenery in the mountains. Any story that ends with America winning and communism losing is a good story.

I've never seen "Red Dawn." I've heard about it though. I think I might take a look.

Quite a few recognizeable stars were in that movie. If you like movies, you'll enjoy seeing them so young.

Wasn't Patrick Swayze in it?

I know it's a John Milius film, and he's one of the few conservatives who really made it in Hollywood. I like him very much.
