I like shrimp, too. I'm a general seafood lover. Except for catfish...those little hair-like bones drive me crazy.
I love salmon but I have the same problem with those little hair-like bones. Sometimes you get them, and sometime you don't. It's hard to tell until you start eating.
Salmon is the absolute best...except for salmon patties. Those are nasty. Or do you know what I'm talking about? It's kind of a Southern thing, I think.
Nnnnnnnnnnnnope. No ideer. Never had a salmon patty in my life. (Sounds gross.)
It's a popular old-South treat (I hate them). It's basically processed fishy-stuff wrapped together and fried.
My Grandmother probably has no idea there's such a thing as a salmon that ISN'T in patty form.
That's a scary thought.
