I love salmon but I have the same problem with those little hair-like bones. Sometimes you get them, and sometime you don't. It's hard to tell until you start eating.

Salmon is the absolute best...except for salmon patties. Those are nasty. Or do you know what I'm talking about? It's kind of a Southern thing, I think.
