Here's the place to post your pet peeves! Here are mine:
1. Liberals, lawyers, hypocrites, etc...wait, this list is getting redundant!
2. People who pronounce water as "wooter" and wash as "warsh", and strength/length as "strenth/lenth". So basically, people with Baltimore accents
3. Walking down a crowded hallway in school and the idiot in front of you stops and turns around
4. When people refer to the Czech Republic as just "Czech", or say "Slovakian" instead of the correct adjective, Slovak
5. Alarm clocks
6. People who whine. Oh wait, I already said liberals
7. Anti-war whackos, animal rights whackos, enviro-whackos...
8. School pictures
9. When my mom drags me off to visit her cousins and everyone always says "Oh, look how much you've grown!" Geez that is annoying...
10. Little dogs

My pet peeve are-
1.Canada's left wing parties and their constant bashing of America.
2.The way Canada's leftist parties bash the Canadian military.
3.Jack Layton (Canada's NDP leader) and Bill Graham (Canada's Liberal Leader) and the way they criticize and bash our Conservative Right Honourable Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
4.Canada's Liberal Judges-They just let 4 terrorist suspects out on bail.They even went as far as putting a publication media ban on the legal proceedings to protect the suspects.Our justice system is a joke and the Conservative government can't do anything because they are only a minority government.The lefties keep on voting to defeat the bills the Conservatives introduce.Our Conservative gov't wants to get tough on crime but the lefties are giving them a hard time.
5.Canada's long gun registry.
6.The CBC and the Globe&Mail, which is just the northern version of the New York Times.
7.My next door neighbours who always compulsively mow their lawn at 7 am when I am still trying to sleep.They are nice people but I wish they would hold off the lawn mowing until a little later.
8.People who smell bad and hardly take a shower.
My pet peeve? Well, I try not to take life too seriously but my roommate always uses the "walkie-talkie" feature on his cell phone and talks really loud. This aggravates me! Plus, he always leaves the door unlocked. But he's still a decent dude.
Those are just two that come to my head. I'm sure I can think of many, many, many more --but I'm trying to be mellow!

Thanks...but since I've been here since 98, it would seem stupid.
They stop cold at the entrance, even to a parking lot. They have to sit there at the entrance and think where they want to go next, even when people are piling up behind them. In the case of the escalator, you often don't have any choice but to run into them when you reach the top and they have stopped--
