Emma Sanderson, of Caithness Archaeology Trust, said it was found that a dead rabbit had been left in the replica by a cat... She said it was previously thought that animal remains found in actual cairns were left as ceremonial offerings. However, the cat's dead rabbit has provided a new theory that they had been killed by other animals years after the cairn had fallen into disrepair. Another theory about cairns may also have been exploded after archaeologists knocked down their mock-up. It was noted that the stones collapsed in a pattern previously thought to be evidence of ceremonial closing of the cairn.

I was tested, and turned out I had PSE -- extrasensory perception for dyslexics.

Maybe just to slow the shakesperian trend...
But I could have told them about the cat-in-a-cairn solution based on research under the dash board of a '57 Ford I bought out of a barn.
Took days to get the bones and feathers out.
Since I've no intention of letting it collapse I can't comment on the likely rubble field.
(unless someone wants to donate one of those noisy hondas with plastic add-ons, huge wheels, and a muffler designed to outblast the sterio system?)
