11 p.m. Two dancers are scheduled to arrive and work for two hours. The second dancer arrives in her own car.

11:30-to-11:39 p.m. The accuser receives four calls with no caller id.

12:00-to-12:03 a.m. Time stamped photos show two women dancing in the living room.

12:04 a.m. Time stamp photos show two dancers leaving living room.

12:05-to-12:14 a.m. Accused attacker Reade Seligmann uses his cell phone to call his girlfriend and another person.

12:19 a.m. Taxi picks up Seligmann and a friend at Watt and Urban streets, a block away from the location of the player's house.

12:26 a.m. The accuser makes a one minute phone call to Centerfold, a Durham. escort service.

12:30 a.m. approx Seligmann and his friend order food at a Cook Out restaurant. Time stamp photo shows accuser on back porch smiling with purse.

12:37 a.m. Time stamp photo shows accuser laying down on back porch with one shoe on.

12:41 a.m. Time stamp photo shows accuser being helped into the passenger seat of a car.

12:46 a.m. Seligmann uses his Duke identification card to enter his dorm.

12:53 a.m. Second dancer drives away with the accuser from the party, she call 911 to report that men shouted racial slurs.

"I'm not sure how much investigative reporting the N&O is up for when it comes to this case. There seems to be a total lack of curiousity and they tend to get their stories off the AP wire. Pretty strange since this whole thing is going on in their backyard."

McClatchy tends to be very shy about spending money to report news. Their prime concern is maintaining advertising revenue and subscriber numbers.

This is almost believable, except that we all know that Clement's brother-in-law is the architect for the owner of some of the "adult entertainment" clubs, and that Clement himself has voted on issues related to them, in spite of his obvious conflict of interest.

Does he feel heat in the kitchen? Is he concerned that there may be a connection of money laundering to his own business?

My comment-- During the last hearing, Nifong had frequent, exaggerated blinking-- which disappeared when he was talking. He did not have this "tic" in any footage I saw from his early public appearances or interviews. Keep an eye out for it.

Titus is the judge. He may but is not expected to set a trial date. The big thing today is the issue of school information supoenaed by Nifong. Two panelists -- a Natasha (defense attorney) who says that the unindicted players may be witnesses and a Mike Paul who is black but seems sympathic to the players "they just want to go to college."

Reporter Jean Casarz: It'll come down to the timeline and a test of credibility.

Yes. That seems to be the only big issue that'll be resolved in today's hearing.

When are the media going to start using the word "hoax"?

It makes my see red when I hear these THs question whether Collin's misdemeanor assault or Dave's noise violation might hurt their credibility yet say nothing about the serious criminal records of Crystal and Kim.


Jami Floyd is calling the kids "punks" (with their two convictions) ... with "advantages the accuser never had." Oh gag me!

Regarding "advantages", it will never happen, but I wish we knew the earned income tax credit/or non-reporting of paxable income, Section 8, Pell grant, WIC, etc. that the accuser has enjoyed over the years.

I was just reading some of the comments on WRAL's discussion boards...ChristianM is one of those that would most likely find the guys guilty after snoozing through the trial. Some of his gems:

"Isn?t it amazing that we have three stories? Well frankly, I have read in affidavits only two lines and unfortunately there is rape evidence and apparently it is not a boyfriend of the victim."
