My comment-- During the last hearing, Nifong had frequent, exaggerated blinking-- which disappeared when he was talking. He did not have this "tic" in any footage I saw from his early public appearances or interviews. Keep an eye out for it.

Titus is the judge. He may but is not expected to set a trial date. The big thing today is the issue of school information supoenaed by Nifong. Two panelists -- a Natasha (defense attorney) who says that the unindicted players may be witnesses and a Mike Paul who is black but seems sympathic to the players "they just want to go to college."
Reporter Jean Casarz: It'll come down to the timeline and a test of credibility.

He is not a relaxed man in that courtroom.
