That was the case with me for Star Wars which I first saw when I was 10 years old. It was my favoritest movie for years and years. Then when the new Star Wars movie came out in 99, I saw the original again, and thought it had the WORST acting imaginable and the most horrible one-liners I've ever seen. I still love the movie, but it's not nearly the same as it was for me in 1977.

Remember when they had to finally digitize the film and clean it up because the "boxes" were showing up around the tie and x-wing fighters?

No, but its a big nasty SUV. Enourmous, in fact. I think it gets 9mpg. Hahaha! :-)

Time I turned in or I will not be up in time to get shopping done before the footie comes on, as least the US game is later in the evening for me.

That's a great song, too! Really conjures up memories of autumn mornings in Calgary when the snow-capped peaks of the Rockies turn a bright rose color in the light of the rising sun.

"Feeling a little feisty tonight, are we?"

Not sure about "we" (I've nothing in my pocket).

After you've spent some quality time in the real corporate world and can contribute some useful advice based on years of experience, feel free to drop in.

Gosh, that sounds sooo romantic. Do you have a song in mind? hehe. C'mon, don't be shy.

Yeah, the boxes were a little glaring. Maybe it was the force?

I'm able to appreciate this movie, though, because it is DEFINITELY a classic example of a movie that is so bad, it's good.

The acting is about as bad as acting can get. It's so funny...all the characters wear these ridiculous one-piece 70s-style space suits. And carry ray guns that look like plastic toys.

And none of them says anything worth quoting.

But surprisingly, the special effects are pretty good for a B-grade movie of this ilk. The dinosaurs are stop-motion.

"We" can be a general way of saying "you."

You really seem to care way too much about stuff that doesn't really matter.

After you've spent some quality time in the real corporate world and can contribute some useful advice based on years of experience, feel free to drop in.

Once you've spent some quality time going and jumping off a cliff, feel to not drop in.

Well, it's not particularly romantic, but my favorite country song of all time is George Strait's "Amarillo by Morning."

And now that I think about it, "The Kiss" from the Last of the Mohicans soundtrack is another one! ;-)

I have never been a big fan of SUVs. I don't dislike them, though. I just always felt they were too excessive for me.

But as I mature I see how cool they are! And I think they are great for growing families. Plus, I could put a small fridge in the back so I can keep my sodas cold and make a sandwitch! :-)

sweet dreams! I decided to go for a snack instead of a bath.

used wheat things w/sundried tomatoes & put havarti cheese w/pesto atop. Microwaved for 15 seconds. sipping a cabernet with it..

Our front page pix in cleveland yesterday was a group of south Korean students at Case-Western Reserve U watching the Togo team. My nephew who is now studying in Korea had just the day before mentioned the s. Korean obsession with the togo team.

That's pretty sharp sounding to me. I dig it!

I drive a silver 2002 Saab 9-3 hatchback. I love it a lot! I have been coveting a Lexus GS430 once I am done with the Saab. Then my attention turned to a nice, shiny black Escalads ESV. :-)

One of the best soundtracks of any movie I've seen, in my opinion.
