See for example this thread first.

You're lucky to not break your neck
on a motorcycle in a wreck
Don't give me no guff
Roethlisberger's tough
But the pavement is tougher, by heck!

Even though I'm not a fan of his team,
prayers for a speedy recovery.

As a bicyclist, I've crashed at 30mph; I can only wince at the thought of eating a fender and windshield.

No cheers, unfortunately.

How would you like to be the Steeler fan that peeled him off the windsheild?

(Or maybe a Browns fan?)

Didn't he learn anything form Winslow?

I've always thought that if a cyclist didn't think his head was worth the price of a helmet, he was probably right.

Even though I'm a Browns fan, I like Ben. He's an Ohio guy. It seems he's a good guy and a very good QB. There is no joy in Brown's town over this.

I saw him play at Miami. I like him too. I think he'll learn something out of this.

"I think he'll learn something out of this."

A tough lesson. He most likely will miss this year. The sensationalists are screaming about career ending injuries, but from what I heard, that's not likely. However, it sounds like his face seriously damaged.
A shame.

A shame would be if Tom Brady's face was injured. I'm not gay but... damn.

Some guys have all the luck.
