WASHINGTON, May 31 — After vowing to steer a greater share of antiterrorism money to the highest-risk communities, Department of Homeland Security officials on Wednesday announced 2006 grants that slashed money for New York and Washington 40 percent, while other cities including Omaha and Louisville, Ky., got a surge of new dollars.
Homeland security officials said the grants were a result of a more sophisticated evaluation process

Huh. All that over a CRT refresh rate.
Epileptic seizures have been brought on by things like the flicker of movie frames in theaters, the raster scan of television sets, the flicker of sunlight through trees while driving along a forested road...I don't see why a computer monitor wouldn't potentially induce the same.

There is. The Bunitty is a cross between a dust bunny and a viking kitty with a few small modifications of my own design.
Sadly it had it's litter mates for dinner and the Mods refuse to allow me access to the VK's so he is one of a kind.
I don't know where he picked up the cigarette habit but I am not about to try to make him quit. If eating Martians, trolls and blog pimps doesn't hurt him I doubt cigarette will either.
