A transgender woman is alleging discrimination against a state trooper who called her buddy and guy and arrested her after she was caught speeding, flipped off the trooper, then stepped into traffic on Interstate 495.
Clairese Renee Morgan of Malden has filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and wants troopers to go through mandatory training in transgender issues, according to Bay Windows newspaper.
Morgan was traveling between 95 and 100 mph on Interstate 495 north when a trooper from the Andover State Police Barracks pulled her over April 28. Morgan told the paper the trooper repeatedly referred to her as buddy and guy though she asked him not to. She said the troopers rude behavior continued after he wrote a ticket, which he tossed in her cars window, then walked away.
Morgan got out of her car, flipped off the trooper, then walked on to the highway to flag down passing cars in the hopes of getting a witness to the exchange. At that point, the trooper got out of the car and she was arrested for allegedly disturbing the peace.
"I'm from Philly area"..............I'm very sorry!
Haven't been to the NE for a good many years, but 95 to 100 mph seems excessive. Speeds in that range would be reasonable & proper for the the wide open spaces of West Texas, New Mexico or Montana, but not in the NE. "She" is fortunate that "she" or someone else is not in the hospital.
Ya'll do know that was my attempt at humor? I don't get offended that easily.
"Chopped, channeled" and shot.
I believe those folks prefer stick shifts.
Ahhhh,.....yes, I see what you mean. ROFL
I knew some tranny prostitutes in Austin TX. that complained about being busted by cops who were banging them at the time of their arrest. Only in the People's Republic of Austin.
Doesn't this sound like a teenage girl that has a crush on the star football player and he doesn't even know she exists?
Of course I do.And I hope you know that my response was meant as good natured Yankee humor! ;-)
Not really. Many of us hit 90 leaving our driveway. ;-)
Sounds like this Morgan "person" is just whining and crying for no real reason...
Yup, she's playing the crying game alright. ;)
They are just doing the jobs Americans won't do... /sarcasm
In most places speeds of 95 to 100 are equated with reckless driving, thats a big 5 pointer and means Charlie will have to walk for at least 60 days. I think maybe charlie thinks if he makes a big enough stink the 5 points will go away. Now i dont know what 495 in Boston looks like but if Charlie walked out onto an Interstate around here they would be scraping whats left up with a spoon.
I can see this ugly POS offering the cop a head job in exchange for dropping the ticket and the cop uncotrollably laughing his ass of on the side of the road. Charlie got mad and made up this story.
And over 100 is in most cases a felony... and since it is no different than illegal immigration, can we deport them???
95 mph is at least 30 over any limit in that State.
She, He, or It (don't you go coming up with acronyms now) should have been under arrest and headed to jail right from the start.
Unless there has been a relatively recent change in Buddy's breathing status, I think he is still with us. Great live performer.
Update me if I am wrong.
Thanks
That's more than I wanted to know about you, WC.
;->
Transsexuals are the same (psychologically), but they have physically taken steps to alter their sex organs.
Male transvestites (cross-dressers) wear female clothing and makeup-- it has less to do with any gender confusion and more to do with the sexual thrill.
This, of course, is not to be confused with androgyny. Examples of those with androgynous traits (those whose looks or builds makes determining their gender difficult) are Michael Jackson, Boy George, David Bowie, k.d. lang, Prince, Marilyn Manson, Pat (Saturday Night Live), etc.
Excuse me now. I've got to take a shower.
They were neighbors at the time. Fortunately I don't live in Austin any longer. Strange critters there.
Yes.
